Practicing a Journal of Darkness

Four rooms of Darkness
We are looking at four rooms of darkness, which are different in nature and lay in different dimensions of your life. Some of these rooms are touching, overlapping or interfuse with each other, others don’t do any of that. Yet, they still have common attributes:

a)  They are hidden, veiled, concealed (Churchill has been quoted saying that Moscow “is a riddle within secrets, among mysteries”). Each of these dark rooms can be imagined like that. By the way, the light, also, is full of riddles, secrets and mysteries.

b)  They harbour pain, suffering, hatred, aggression, fear, disloyalty and all other negative thought- inventions and feeling- perceptions of humanity

c)  They play by the same rules as the light in our lives

d)  To 50%, they are a part of yourself

The answer to the question of how to resolve and transcend the Dark has several levels and foundations of contemplation. There are several layers within the answer of how to overcome the darkness.

1. Step:
Getting to know the nature of Darkness

So far, you have fled it. You have avoided the Dark wherever you could. You have banned and stigmatised it. People who lived in it, you have condemned to death or left to die, you turned away from them. Yet, what you did to others came to hunt you, too.

You have never looked into the face of the Dark and therefore never got to know it. But just because, you have fled, it had no choice but to follow you, as it is a part of you.

Transcending Matrix:
You overcome the Dark by stopping, turning around, facing it, accepting what comes up and communicating.

1. Practice:
Start a “Journal of the Dark” and view all dark aspects of your life.
The first issues could be:
1. What is dark in my life?
2. What is it, I fear?
3. What upsets me deeply?
4. What gets on my nerves?
5. What makes me furious?
6. What gives me feeling of being powerless?
7. Which issues do I constantly avoid in my life?

Collect your answers without if’s and but’s, without justifying or asking for the Why. Take at least seven days for find your answers for each issue. They may take some time to come up from all these deep places inside of you. Collect ALL answers, feelings, and stirrings without exemptions.

2. Step
Appreciating the Nature of the Dark

The Dark is an evolutionary force, just like the light. It was born out of the ONE LIGHT and then transformed itself downward through the many rooms. Light and Dark walked the same path as humanity. They did that because humanity did.

The path of the Dark has to be appreciated just like the own path, because the Dark is exactly half of it. If you don’t see that, you are depriving yourself of 50% of your own life force energy and foundation.

Transcending matrix:
You resolve the Dark by giving it an unconditional acknowledgment, yet without subordinating yourself to it. Accept the Dark as a LOVING authority. Do this from your own LOVING authority.

2. Practice
The next step for your journal would be this: Acknowledge every answer, which you found to the first questions. Do that in writing and do it UNCONDITIONALLY. Bless yourself for all you have discovered and forgive – take the guilt out.

This means, you take the dark veil of guilt from the Dark and from yourself. Nobody can do this except yourself. Write whole sentences of your perceptions about this in your journal and allow the energies, which come up through this to flow through you freely.

3. Step
The effect of the Dark

Here, we talk about the “enigmatic secret in the mystery” as the Dark acts in the hidden, otherwise it would be no enigma. It opposes the human feeling and thinking, otherwise you could see it and it would not be hidden. The Dark always causes or brings out the light – that is the mystery!

Let’s look at the last created darkness: the dark rooms of humanity. They came from nothing else but the input of human error (thinking) and desperation (feelings) in between the two poles. The function of these rooms was just to receive and store these energies from you, to guard them and now, at the end of time, to give them back to you.

They hold error and desperation. They cannot put out anything else. These rooms don’t know what to do with these energies. They just kept them for a while. Yet you, you can do a lot with them, you can bring about a lot with them. You can reach a greater inner maturity and power if you can take them back and own them.

Transcending Matrix
You resolve the Dark by letting secret be secret, riddle be riddle and mystery be mystery.

Face the secrets, riddles and mysteries open hearted, don’t be intimidated by them! Stay calm, breathe deeply and stop searching! The mysteries are within you. They are the live lived.
Whenever you are searching, you don’t live. Whenever you are living, you do not search.

To decode the mysteries of life does not mean to search for the excluded, but to accept that what is close, that what comes to you in the HERE and NOW, to accept what is within and around you.
The decoding happens by simply looking and communicating.

3. Practice
Take your journal and ask all your discoveries – the rooms, the worlds, the beings some small questions:
Who (what) are you really?
Why are you here with me?
What is your service to me?
What can I do to deliver you and myself?

You will always receive honest and direct answers if you are able to ask honestly and directly. Write them down in your journal. Keep that communication for a while in order to have the chance to review it regularly.

4. Practice
You resolve the Dark in your life by grasping and comprehending a little sentence with all it’s vast depth. Make it your lives mantra:

I am you and you are me.

Apply this with an open heart to all of your discoveries in your journal. Look at what is changing within you and make notes about it.

4. Step
The distinction between the rooms of darknes
s
From the ONE ROOM sprang eight more during the spiritual evolution. Four light ones, four dark ones and one dark-light room. We shall look at the dark rooms right now. Basically, they are all labyrinths, distorting mirrors, haunted houses and ghost trains. Yet, all of these have an order and a balance.

Two were created by spirit and two by humanity. The one’s, Spirit made are more of self-standing spirit-beings than rooms, though. They are room-creating themselves. The two, humanity created are energetical rooms, full of beings and creatures.

During the first separation of the ONE, the Creative Light (CL) and the Creative Dark (CD) emerged. These then created the non-embodied Inner Light (IL) and the non-embodied Inner Dark (ID). They became embodied in the ventricles of the human heart. They gave birth to the physical body.

Out of the two ventricles, the embodied Light and Dark, humanity made the Outer Light (OL) – the community of humanity, which is there for everybody- and the Outer Dark (OD) – the community of humanity, which fights against each other. From the communication between humanity and it’s Outer Community sprang forth the Astral Dark and Light (ADL), the room of the single-pole negative and positive human feelings.

Transcending matrix
Look with an open heart toward the natural development of your dark rooms and beings. Look at them like you would at animals at the zoo, of which you would be frightened were they free, yet would still fascinate you.

5. Practice
Look at what you had closed your eyes to (practice 1. question 6). Open your heart and allow all the dark veils to leave your life.

Allow all thought and feeling errors to clear NOW.
Allow all feelings of guilt and inferiority to leave your rooms now.
It happens by itself if you allow it (such is the effect of the New Energy).

Take notes in your journal of Darkness and begin to perceive how it is changing to a journal of the ONE LIGHT.

5. Step
Judgment and differentiation

The strongest power of the astral thinking rooms is the judgement, the weakest power is differentiation.

Judgement is the dark force, which emerged during the dust-ages, when the ONE consciousness was already largely closed off. This was happening because of the lower frequencies of the forces of “Right and Wrong”, “Worth and Worthless”, “Guilt and Atonement”, “Good and Bad”. Reciprocally, these forces rocked each other deeper and deeper. Judgement is a tool of separation and defamation of one of the poles. It led to obscuration and confusion, which was for a long time an aspect of maturing.

If condemnation and judgement will not finish, then the descending cycle of the forces cannot end and will bring about darkness and decay. It brings the law of spirit into the deepest rooms of emotions (fundamentalism and fanaticism). Emotions cannot distinguish, only judge. They came out of the existing chaos and completed it.

Differentiation begins with the start of the path into duality, at the dawning crystalline age. It vibrates at the high field of the wisdom of the ONE, who created the poles equally out of itself. Once chaos is perfect, differentiation is the power, which brings clarity, wisdom and deliverance at the end of the path.

Transcending Matrix
Stop judging and begin to differentiate – without emotion and valuation. Judgement is a power of the emotions in the belly and the intellect in the head. The judging forces are fear, guilt, regret, aggression low self-value, shame (belly) and control, organisation and planning (head). Both of them are not able to change, and the are one-polar. Judging makes you unfree. The heart alone is free to differentiate without judgement and to come up with a decision out of that.

6. Practice
Take a look at the terrible force of self-judgement. Note all answers to these questions:
Which traits, powers and attributes of my character differentiate me from other personalities?
How do I see my own aspects in comparison to others?
What do I admire in them?
What do I regret about myself?
Which if my traits gets me into desperation?

After that: Now, I decide to shift every negative self-judgement about myself. Decide to acknowledge and value your own conflicting energies (the dark) as a necessary part of your own unique heart.
Allow yourself to accept your light.
Allow all three of you (yourself, the Dark and the light) to integrate into ONE BEING.

7. Practice
Take on issue of your daily life ( a problem, an event, a person) what or whom you judge. Be honest with yourself and look with an open heart and answer the following questions:
How have I judged this so far?
Which feelings (belly) have led me?
Which thoughts (head) have led me?
What was the outcome of this judging for myself and the issue or person?
Decide to take back that judgement and look at it anew with an open heart and a loving view.

Note down everything that comes to you. Feel what effect it has on you, taking back that judgement.
You are One with everything, aren’t you?

8. Practice
Take your awareness to your physical heart and breathe deeply for a few moments. Open wide and allow everything to flow freely.

Allow your highest light being to meld with you and feel it enter. Allow your highest dark being to become one with you and feel it enter.

Feel both of these energies and welcome them with all your heart. Allow enough time for this melting. Note down later what you felt. Allow this melding to be a conscious part of your breath.

6. Step
The path into the dark rooms
Even though, you have avoided the dark rooms, they have always been a part of you. You have been inside them, not because you wanted that but because they did. They simply belong to you, they are bound to you.

The problem is this – what you don’t want returns to you of it’s own accord. It rules you. You say NO and the dark room says YES. NO is a word of powerlessness, YES is a word of power.

That you are within your dark room is not a problem, it is natural. But the fact that you are in there without wanting to be, that indeed is a problem. To be will-less is identical with powerlessness. You are in the midst of darkness, yet you don’t know it and have no clue what to do and not to do. The dark pushes you around by it’s abilities and confuses you with its labyrintic structures and contents.

Transcending Matrix
You transcend the dark by opening these rooms and entering and passing through them willingly. If you follow the rules, you are stronger than all these beings and energies inside them. The rules are the choice of the path.
There are countless doorways to the dark rooms of all the dimensions. Two of them, you have used over the centuries without knowing: the mental one in your head and the emotional one in your belly. From there, you slipped into the dark and returned only with difficulty and strangely changed (possessed) and bruised. These are the uncertain paths, pitfalls and one-way streets.

Only one path will protect you from getting stuck or lost inside the darkness’s of the various dimensions. This is the path through your heart. The heart is the starting point for all your journeys, which will really bring you forward. Your heart is a multidimensional portal to all rooms of the dark and the light cosmos. From here, you depart and arrive. Here are reigning all forces of all rooms. Just use them.

9. Practice
Take your awareness into your physical heart and breathe deeply for a few moments. Open yourself wide and allow all forces to flow freely. Meld with the tow masters of light and dark (who are you), go with them into the dark rooms, which you want to visit, and allow them to lighten through you. Allow plenty of time for this journey. Maybe start when you go to bed at night.

Note down later what you have felt, seen and experienced.

Note: During the first times of you doing this, there could be hefty healing crises in your body and in your life. If so, keep breathing, stay open and allow the loving rays of your heart to blaze high. Just because you decide for this, it is so.
