Soul day and soul direction

The birth of your body is the same for your soul, as the morning waking up. The death of your body is the same for you, as falling asleep. One human life is one SOUL DAY.

The way of life of your soul runs equal that of your body: It was born, began small and did not remember its home. It had beautiful and unpleasant experiences. It met other souls and drove these away from its life. Then they met again and didn¥t recognize each other. Many of their later loved friends stepped first as embittered enemies into its life.

Thus your soul always fell down and stood up again. It didn¥t gave up, grew, became stronger and with the time a mature soul. More consciously and independently, and finally grown up. "grown up "means "awaken".

Thus your soul goes through all phases of its childhood, youth and maturity in many following body lives. Whenever its body died, it went back into its soul world. If she wanted to come again to earth, a new body was born.

And each birth was a new soul morning, on which it slipped into new dresses and masks and experienced always new roles. Because until the turning-point of an era she wanted to have played ALL roles, danced on ALL stages of life and made ALL experiences. At the end of time it wanted - although exhausted - FEELING FULFILLED.

Your soul turned in its dance of life all the time around its spirit, and your bodies turned all the time around your soul: inside in the heart and out to the outermost edge of the experiences. We speak here consciously in the past, since this chapter belongs to your past.

Body year

One year of your body life consists of twelve months. Those are twelve cosmic irradiation phases of different planets, which are designated after the TYR circle. Each planet has its own specific quality in the cycle. Thus each month is unique.

Twelve mental forces make your physical growth possible. You are enjoying the awaking force of life in springtime after the deep sleep of winter. You feel the mild warmth of autumn after a hot summer. You experience the joy of life of May after a grey November. In August you harvest, which you had sown in March. And a January is never the same as in the previous year, because each year changes your body and your life. Exactly the same it is with your soul year.

In a soul year the body doesn¥t play an essential role. It is only a dress, which changes from day to day. There also exist twelve months in the Tyr-circle, nevertheless which turns into the other direction. One soul month takes 2.000 body years and is called "age "or "eon". One soul year therefore takes 24.000 years. We call it: A cosmic sun year.

Indeed, you are traveler between the worlds - and transformer of the worlds, for a long time, without having an idea of it. But now the veils are raising up. One-ness and duality arev flowing into each other. Who are you really? And why is it, that many of you feel bad at the end of time. And what, the hell, is called: End of time? Now, there are many questions at the end of time.

Let us go back to the beginning of your last falling down and have a look at the phases of your soul. You will remember that there is no RIGHT and WRONG, but LIGHT and DARKNESS, not perpetrator and victim, not rulers or suppressed, but dresses, uniforms, masks, roles and an immeasurably large stageof life. Each death released you in big love of the terrestrial pain and each birth gave you the life. And always your self decided, where to go and what you want.

We lead you on this journey, so that you remember yourself and recognize the reason for your way you are feeling today. We lead you, so that you can release, what you had hold on so long: Guilt and inferiority feeling, victim and perpetration, self hate and damnation of your own soul. Indeed, so bitterly are your deepest, unconscious forces, which keep you still today small and imprisoned. We are those, which went out at that time in a boat.

We begin in the cosmic summer

Scorpio age (16,000 - 14,000 ac)

The last summer of your souls began before 18,000 years in the scorpio age. Here you reached in the ascend run of the sun after the spring the highest spheres of the spirit. The cells of your bodies opened and their inner forces became active. The all-embracing spirit knowledge became alive in you. You lived on ten islands of the Atlantic continent. You knew no God, because God was you.

You were priests and the term "priests "was more extensive than in your present society. You have been researcher and scientist, master of all spheres of life. You have been master of health and mental hygiene, the music and sound research, communication and philosophy, human-leadership and -right, love and sexuality, abundance and wealth, nature- and animal life, intuition and conflict-clarifying. You have been investigator, masters and teachers in many terrestrial and cosmic fields of investigation as well as its secret-keeper. You advanced in heights and depths of wisdom an you developed big forces.

And naturally there were two streams in your hearts - those of sympathy and those of selfishness. The priests of sympathy knew, that true growth was based on SERVING - to serve the smaller ones and the following. The knowledge around the own development based on the development of All, leds to the fusion of your souls into a spirit-nation, to the mother-nation of today's mankind.

Libra age (14,000 -12,000 ac)

In the second month of summer happend the unit of your souls with the cosmic sun. This moment in your soul year gave it the name: Cosmic sun year - and it was indeed the elevated moment on your long journey.

Your bodies were light and permeable. Many of you wear them only, if it was necessary. You could dress it on and take it off like an evening-gown or a work-clothes. You investigated terrestrial-cosmic connecting, forces, sounds, colors and forms, the basis of your creation. You have been priests, healers and researcher, parents of mankind. For many of you prevailed no getting old and immortality. Illness existed only in the energy bodies to that one, which had not attained its internal maturity.

The knowledge of your cells was open. Your organs and nervous systems were connected with planets and the Milky Ways, with all cosmic places and organs. So you were able to travel in spirit to many places. With the combination of your body soul with spirit of the sun you became free and independent.

But there were also those, which strove for the eternal life for itself and walked across the corpses of others. High spirit, deep knowledge and entrance to all creator realms are not a warranty for love and sympathy, for equilibrium and mature. Who did not carry heart warmth in this time in itself, was capable of enormous coldness - as a perpetrator and as a victim. If the white of divine light pairs with inner darkness, the darkness increases immeasurable and becomes the horrible one.

Always were there mature and immature souls, which played perpetrator roles and took over Judas services, while other mature and immature souls played victim roles and selected Jesus services. So you could learn to give and receive to kill and forgive. You choosed the new play of the duality and thus both "parties "- and soacked to today's day by guilt and inferiority feelings, unfeelingness and pride - deeply hidden in the hearts of your cells.

The High-time of your life was reached and exceeded. Divine security was also impressed into your soul consciousness, like the certainty of your power. So you have been prepared for the descent - thus the turn happened. Here the chaff separated from wheat. Some prepared their getting out from the soul cycle, others went into the next round, into the next year.

You had entrance to many realms. But this needs a big inner purity, like you are experiencing then. Because also an ingenious creative gnius can become satiated the light and the community and use its power for own aims. Now it was time for the priests of the darkness to become control over ALL and - to sink with them and the country in the floods of the Atlantic ocean. Here was the beginning of power and abuse for the next cycle of your maturity of soul.

The knowledge of the female and male priests had been separated. The one knew about WHAT, the others about HOW. The achievement of full knowledge and its power could only be in FUSION or SUBJECTING. But yet the maturity for fusion wasn`t attained in many of you. Your intelligence was high, your power of love strength small. It became the aim of your way, which would be achieved at the end of time. Judas service was turning forward the sun-wheel at the end of high time. Haughtiness, pride and betrayal crash your souls and drove it into subjection.

Thus you have played in highest time, on highest place with energies of highest power and didn`t recognize, that its counterpart can only be in the realm of the complete destruction. Then its cause came from the cosmos and their effect went back there. The tone was found, that sound, which should seal the dominion of particulars over all - and drew the fall of the country. The axis of the earth had been inclined only a little and the floods of the oceans could ascend.

Few days before 120 boats drove out, manned with those mature souls, which terminated the cycle for itself and moved into other realms. Thus Atlantis became the center of the quiet. The feminine and the maskuline nature, the body and the spirit, the mature and the immature souls separated themselves. Perpetrator and victims went down, masters and servants rose up - however they didn¥t left you.

The body Atlantis sank in the ocean, and its spirit, Shambhala, has been rising into the ether spheres. The tie between these two should fade in the next ages and tear nearly. The knowledge around the Mysterien of your life locked suddenly. For your today's outside perception it was lost, it sank in the ocean of life. But this is one with your nature. The mystery sank into your inner. Only at the end of your soul winter time would be mature and the holy knowledge from the depths of your consciousness would rise up.

Leo age (10,000 - 8,000 ac.)

The Judas service of Atlantis has born the great flood, the fall of the country, veiling the alive knowledge - and the beginning of a new time quality. The electrical spirit has descended to the magnetic body. The sun has descended from zenith to autumn. Experience areas of quiet and expiation, aggression and anxiety opened. Your light body condensed itself to the aura, your cells closed themselves. The connection of your bodies with the cosmic native places was withdrawing. Before the great flood light language in their color, form and sound frequencies had prevailed. It was a spiritual language of full live and variety, full depth and brilliance, but without expression in the terrestrial.

Now spirit began to coagulate to word. The crystalline duality of light and darkness began to consolidate itself. The light became muddy and the darkness grey. Cancer age (8,000 - 6,000 ac)

Each age consolidated the energy a part more. The electrical share sank and the magnetic rose. It was in nature of the thing, that you had to do compression, splitting and separation first in your bodies, to attain a consciousness for compression, splitting and separation. You created death and war first in your bodies, before a consciousness for it can develop. And only then can manifest themselves compression, splitting and separation, death and war in the society. Your master system prepared the war in your bodies, so afterwards you could lead the war in the exterior.

Indeed your whole outside warfare goes back to your molecular-biological conditions. Always you are physically a piece ahead the social development. In this kind you have created out of yourself age for ages - no fate, no foreign regulation. This, my dear, leads any question about victim or author, justice or unfairness ad absurdum. - Breath low and let all streams freely flow.

The forces of duality progressed and locked gradually the cells of your bodies. The compression of spirit stream closed your entrance to the divine matrix in your body. It tied up to the force of the magnetic field of earth, as its cells themselves became magnetic. Gravitation became the dominant force of your body life. These separations from body and spirit in crab age prepared separations from power and swoon in the following ages.

Indeed, you wandered through the cosmic sun year more than once, have loved and lost Atlantis more than once, fallen and ascended again more than once.

Gemini age (6,000 - 4,000 ac)

Each new irradiation aligned your body systems again and changed the quality of your thinking and feeling. Afterwards this quality revealed itself in your society. The ever more strong becoming magnetic field was surroinding the earth, your cells and the knowledge saved in it. It became darker and colder. With the magnetism also the NO in your life became power. The continuous decrease of streaming in the power of spirit promoted your alignment to the material. Still you held the knowledge around the creation, but now the forces of domination and subjection were leading.

The epics and books of wisdom of the last two ages flowed into manorial and technical philosophy. Wisdom and doctrine became dogma and law. Religious and philosophical sets of rules began to differentiate between WRONG and CORRECT now. They became bases for spiritual-wordly domination of coming time. Laws fixed terrestrial property and spirit goods, was repelling aggressors, separated them by proscription from the society, killed them, completely like your domiation hormone system is doing this with the aggressors of your body systems.

Your wide mental perception became narrow thoughts, models, rules and limits. Creativity became mechanical doing. Internal security changed itself to unthrughtfulless. Religious fundamentalism sealed it: "God is not any more one and everything ", but "God is LIKE THAT - and not differently! "This age marks the beginning splitting of the souls. The crisis in belief in the hearts of humans should develop further to faith wars in the soul winter.

Cosmic winter

The taurus directs in its power the beginning of the mental winter. Reached you in the beginning summer the light spheres of spirit, so you are beginning in winter to investigate the deepest area of matter and to experience the material delusion. That means: You are beginning to deliver you to matter, to forget your spirit and to sell the soul. Don¥t forget: You didn¥t do this, because you were stupid and simple (even if you went into such garments). You did it, because you would exactly plumb, investigate and spiritualize these depths of the existence. Because your body did not decide this way but your spirit. It sent its sparks after each death in horror into a new body, into the darkness of earth. Would he have done this, if NO sense had lain in it? If this may be one of the darkest chapters of your history, so are you nevertheless the master souls and mental pioneers, which have created these worlds, in order to improve this at the end of time. Here you separated your bodies finally from your cosmic homeland and cede them to the earth. The axiatonale nervous system, a light fiber system (about which we speak in number 13), was interrupted and you lost the last connection with your native places and the spiritual family. From the ray-bundle of your mental nervous system only one thin thread was left, that silver thread, which many of you know. It had the task to secure your body life under smallest requirements for a certain time. No getting old and immortality were definitive finished. Your physical systems made possible lifetimes of 40 to 80 years.

Food

The nutrition of your bodies changed finally into material and fetter the soul once more. The plants and herbs of earth saved terrestrial and cosmic energies. They became your food. Also the bodies of the animals served as your nutrition in the increasing darkening. Spirit-energetical body processes became finally biochemical processes. These are aligned to wear out and aging of cells an so to the death of the body, which from mental view was a positive achievement. The easier it was to die and to free yourself, the deeper you can go and search. From your human view at present and at that time it was dramatic: Who did not found food now, died of hunger. Who wanted to eat now, had to sell his soul for it. That was the beginning of petrifying your hearts. In your victim times you petrify by defense. In your perpetrator times you petrify by attack. The masonry around your hearts consists of both poles. This bitter, but creative operation was necessary at this time, in order to carry out the descent of your spirit into the lowest point of the subject completely. The first winter month was the beginning of your spirituall growth under heaviest conditions.

Confidence and magnanimity were lost, calculation and control grew. If the warmth of the love of soul veil, the coldness of the physical passion grew. Flowing movement and tolerance withdrew themselves, rigidity and intolerance appear. To be without spirit follows to became more material. The abuse of this knowledge had led in the soul summer to the fall of the continent, in the soul winter it would be the destruction of the planet. The rulers of this time were religiously and worldly at the same time. Power was big. Noble-mindedness and hardness, wisdom and will stood beside transfiguration and suppression. Power was privilege of less, powerlessness fate of many.

Aries age (2,000 - Christi birth)

The magnetic field continued to close. The entrance to yourself had shrunk on a fraction. The warmth had stolen itself out of your veins, joy of life was only a word, even your own humanity corresponded no longer to the feeling of your hearts. The vibration of the earth and your cells was so low that no more cosmic impulse came through to you, brainwaves glowed away in dark soul night and the bodies died. Thus your soul in the ram age entered the realms of dying, the I-addiction and the materialism.

The philosophy served to have power over others. The ethics of tactic and strategy for reaching of personal aims replaced sympathy and esteem, and thus every knowledge about the unit of all things. The service at the low one was forgotten. Each tried to make the next one to be subject of itself. Even in your personal- and love-relationship you took over it. Self-control became the domination over others. Power for the life turned into power over the life and opened all of you an enormous experience field of impotence and powerlessness. Than not only victims were without power, also perpetrator and ruler drank from this cup. The ALL -ONE-BEING became to loneliness and solitude for all.

Knowledge became rule-power. The skill of warfare conquered the king houses and churches and you split into two camps. Some of you put down the vow of poverty, in order to protect themselves against "the temptations" of world and to take refuge in God. The other part sold their souls and closed "pacts with the devil ", in order to increase wealth and power on earth. You all separated from God and thus from YOURSELF. But nobody was safe, because the distribution of power on churches and king houses subjected all.

Summarized your vow of poverty read: "I am a poor, unworthy and godfearing creature. I don¥t have to expect anything as the sky or the hell. "Your vow of trade: "I sacrifice my soul for the brilliancy of the world. I don`t have anything to expect as the sky or the hell. "Truly powerful decisions and invocations of the victims and the perpetrator, which led your all lives into further depths. The essence of the two: "I am imprisoned! "and "I want to have! "- are unredeemed aspects of your body life and redeem aspect of your spirit, because it was actual imprisoned in space, time and body and wanted to have the experience of the deep abyss. You see, you can turn and turn like you want: each negative experience on earth was a harvest in the spirit.

The noble architectures became manifestation of your thoughts and feelings in ram age. Wars, murder and imprisonment became legitimate means to acquisition and preservation of power, which had appeared important to survive, the more the divine love was extinct in your hearts.

The end of ram-age marks the lowest point of the sun run. The nadir walked ahead the last soul winter month. Here happens the compression of all reached, hold out in the alive darkness and preparation of the coming in the depths of your hearts and cells. Now the first envoy of the high spirit appeared on earth, in order to put its crystalline seed into the dark soil. Gautama Buddha, as representatives of mental intelligence, came and showed you by contemplation and moderateness the direction to your center - and thus to your lost love.

The turning back of the sun run braught back the spiritual light, which had diminished steadily since the atlantic summer. Sinking forces of decay became ascending forces of refinement. First mental rays hit into the areas of deepest human blindness.

In this soul night appeared Jesus, the "humans-fisherman". Jesus, an alive light of sympathy, shows you the gate to your hearts by love and forgiveness - and thus to the lost wisdom. He put the crystalline sparks of spirit during the turning back of the sun run into your hearts. That mysterium of your life, which you had hidden during your descent, was veil and petrify, returned in him alive to you. He said: "I AM THE DIRECTION, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. "

But it should take still two thousand years, before you recognize this. First he came as dead-light, as light at your soul-grave, as crystalline light, which should illuminate the coming darkness. Ten thousand years after the flood, which had separated the male and female spirit and pulled away from the earth,these two came back for a short time in the natures of Jesus and Maria Magdalena. But you couldn¥t recognize them. For a too long time you lived in separation and darkness. Their light dazzled you to much. These power was too foreign for you, which gives without to require, which loves without asking after the origin, which had sympathy also for the murderer and the hangman. And in such a way the same happened as in the age of libra.

Again there were those, which strove for the eternal life for itself and walked across the corpses of others. A high spirit, which offered you in this dark time wisdom and entrance to all creator realms, was not a guarantee for LOVE and SYMPATHY on earth. In contrary, who did not have heart warmth in itself in this time, became able to enormous coldness and grey. Because if the white of the divine light pairs itself with inner darkness, the darkness increases in the immeasurable.

And exactly it happened that the spirit of light found the death at the cross and the spirit of darkness unchain its wars now in the name of God and in honours Christi. The stations of his life and dying shows you the direction. You went the same way after him. He showed you the course, gave to you its Christ-light on your way and left you again.

Also the last anchors, which the Christ strengthened in you, have destroyed you, when the church banished the knowledge around rebirth and angel-present. From now on there was no hope on a better life, no hope for comfort, protection and guidance, no hope that the angels of God precede you - no perspectives, no light on the horizon.

The time of heretic and inquisitores had to follow. Often you descended to earth, in order to radiate crystalline consciousness and its message: "Light and darkness are one. They come from the heart of God and return there."

With it threaten you the bottom pillar of the human domination, which separated light and darkness from each other, in order to keep upright power and dependence. But never you came and went in vain, because your appearance kept the indelible myth of life awake. So with each life you have, which ended on the pile, you kindled the sparks of the Christ-love. "Blessed are the mental poor, because their is the kingdom of heaven", and there were always the innocent lambs, which were slaughtered.

And when you put your body dress down, then you didn¥t shy, next time to slip into the role of the traitor and hangman. Because deeply in you, you always knew: "Light and darkness are one. They come from the heart of God and return there. "Only on earth you had forgotten this every time".

You slipped into all garbs of the Jesus and the Judas and let impregnate your cell tissue of these two energies. You have done all experiences of descent and ascent, light and darkness, love and fear, joy and hate in you. Exactly for this reason you were so terribly confusedare at the end of time. And exactly for this reason you became mature.

Grave silence in the heart in darkness as well as God distance leads you into crusades, inquisitions and wars. Your mankind-spirit had experienced in preceding ages so massiv darkening, that in this age of pisces any form of nonsense, insanity and madness stepped physically into appearance (Breughel pictures).

Blindness of spirit and torpidity of feelings made possible world-wide emergency and cruelty. Peoples pulled against each other and exterminated each other. Humans were not any more Master of itself. EVERYTHING had died in it, NOTHING had stayed. The big task of soul was to endure wrong and pain simply, holding out in darkness, to descend as victim and perpetrator in desolation and unkindness, to die in it - and in all that to develop the crystalline love in the own heart. This was a tremendous task, and you went to your limits - and beyond that.

After the poverty- and trader-vow now a third developed: the vow of warrior and hermit, who likewise absolved themselves of money and power, as of God and comfort. Its vow reads: "I am not from this world. I fight for the tears of the others. I don`t want anything for me. I am a warrior of life. "Its essence is: "I am not!" and "I don`t want!"

He is neither victim nor perpetrator. He is a creator, that fights against the creation, against wisdom and mysteries, against duality and the spirit of time. He fights against the female nature in everything and is even nevertheless deeply a healer. But he doesn`t recognize itself yet. He fights openly or covers with itself, for and against others. The basic forces of his fight are abyss-deep hate - and infinite love (knight of the board round).

Body and moral of mankind sank into not foreseen depths of ignorance, abuse and dependence. All noble-mindedness in war and fight became with the time cruelty and greed, to physical-spiritual-mental low-level, aging, decay and mortality. Collective degeneration made no difference between victims and perpetrators, subjugated and rulers, poorhouses and palaces. All were ill, everywhere was suffered, killed and died. Foreign rules of warriors and soldiers of your society was reflected in bacteria, viruses and cancer cells of your bodies.

Present the deepest, coldest winter, in which you sit in-snowed and cut off from the external world in your room. The stores of food, warmth and light run low, the atmosphere get always more depressed. You are tired and many of you ill and despaired. You didn¥t know, can only hope that the spring comes soon. But you didn¥t see any signs for it.

At the end of age the world was so full of darkness, that it needed a further Judas-service, in order to draw the sunk feeling-forces from the deepest life- and earth-areas to the surface. Hate, greed and anxiety, bitterness and insidiousness, subjungation and confusion were conjured up in world-wide measure at the beginning of the Second World War.

If Jesus with love and forgiveness had introduced the dark age, then you have finished it with quiet and expiation. At the beginning, like at the end of the eons, it is about becoming pure of spirit and the refinement of humans. The chosen people crucified the sky at the beginning and the earth at the end.

The beginning crucified the light: Jesus. The end crucified the darkness: The earth and its mankind. The duality embodies itself in its contrasts. Once each power is at course and both draw on Çthe same cord'. In it she find her - and you yours - exhaustion, fulfilment and the end.

The mankind had choose to follow the crystalline light. You kindled the spark in all your hearts. The age of darkness is past. In the turn of the year to the third millenium your alive Christ-spirit arised finally. Nothing more isn¥t in your way to light-becoming on earth. The seeds of crystalline love in your hearts are germinated, and with many of you the star-seed already brought out considerable plants.

Many among you are however still caught in the inheritance of this darkness, in the complex of quiet and expiation, of perpetrator and victim, of rule and subjugation. Each soul has the 6,000 year old soul winter in its cell memory. Each soul played, through-lived and through-suffered ALL roles. Each particular of you made ALL experiences. You have in your cells all memories and energies of times, countries and races.

Now an enormous disorientation rises in you in transition to the crystal age, since light and darkness flow together on earth. You want to be light and feel only darkness in you. You want to be free and feel imprisonment on all levels. You want to be healthy and creative and feel nevertheless deeply ill and redundantly. What can you do, here and now at the end of time and at the beginning of the new world?

It is very simply and difficulty at the same time, but it is the only way: Honour the darkness in yourself and in the world. Affirms everything that was, which is and which will be. Open your heart and let ALL streams and energies freely flow. The age of watercarrier is the first spring month of the souls. Automatically your bodies were healed, your souls redeemd from the darkness, and your spirit becomes free. It happens automatically. You have only to open you for it and allow this change.

Let loose, in love and forgiveness of yourself and opposite of all other. Do you think back of the wars, perhaps you can designate persons, circumstances and aspects of quiet - however... can you do it really? .... and didn`t you have been itself? ... and where does it lead you? Release your close terrestrial view, which has two eyes, but sees nothing true.

Open the one eye of spirit, direct your attention toward your heart and permits your field of vision to extend. Become conscious of this small cutout in your history for thousands of years. Assumes that the history of all your feelings is only one episode of your soul and a small step of your spirit. Give you deeply the absolution, which can give you only to yourself - and rest from the long way.

The watercarrier-age is the beginning of desired spring. Still if the darkness in your world conglomerates and rebells against the change up, so the fusion of the poles already happened. The darkest hours are those before the sunrise. It is their last rearing up before the exhaustion and fulfilment.

Out of terrestrial areas the knowledge of the past flows to you. The old books were again opened up. The stone became word, and the word became spirit. Old pictures and writings emerged. Locked areas of the temples, pyramids and libraries opened and give free its secrets. Lost knowledge returns to you, locked wisdom ascends from your cells.

The past returns to you and open their field to you, in which is your power and abuse, your wisdom and quiet, your elevation and the old pride of the priests, which you was once. The atlantic inheritance returns to you.

Out of spiritual areas the knowledge of the present flows to you. Your true origin and nature opens and your present ligted up. It is that nature of undivided spirit in undivided time and undivided space. It flows in your cell-structures and meets the again-awaking old knowledge. God climbs down, as humans ascend or: The spirit descends, as the body ascends.

In it you create your future, which is one with your past and present. Your future is the crystal, which is one with light and darkness. You decide for yourself, whether you allow this transzendation of your life. In that you bear a new planet, a new universe and a potential, which existed never before. You bear together with all that, which you once hated, fighted again and killed.

"The watercarrier pours the refreshing water of life on the flaming earth. He baptizes the mankind in the name of God and prepares the ascent into the light spheres, as this John the Baptist directed once. He releases you from coldness and darkness of the soul winter and leads your soul - matured in strains and internal fight- into the ascending forces of divine spirit."

The revolutionary forces of creative spirit change your bases of life at the beginning of spring, turn around them, in the small and big one. Which was true so far, does not be true any longer now. Which descended once, ascends now. Which killed so far, now the life creates.

This is the time of largest internal and outside unrests, because the ascending human darkness from 6.000 winter years meets now in high power the down-flowing mental light. This is a time of grandiose circulations, which in-works into the deepest cell-tissue of your human bodies and let no stone of your old life building on the other one.

If you embark to the old darkness and the new light, if you realy be OPEN, then will you experience the transition in large joy and power and codesign, although often in unexpected and rapidly movements. Souls, whose maturity-degree does not correspond to these requirements yet, will make further experiences of darkness: illness, quiet, powerlessness and despair. They will create and experience these, because they believe in nothing else as darkness.

You are those awakenings, whose loving assistance unfolds in this time a big power. This refines the cosmos in its whole - in human perception not to see. Indeed, the time has been coming, then lambs and wolves want to drink together from a well.

"Loved nature, there are two cosmic oceans at the end of time. One is the ocean of your tears which aren¥t weept. The other one is the cosmic ocean of your life, that Origin-ocean of your beeing. Today take place on your ocean and look on the water. Look into the widths. Look only, do nothing.

A sister will come, a priestess of light and she will bring you their message. It reads: "Whenever you fought, you haven`t cried. Whenever you cried, you did`t fight."

And so the warrior of live didn¥t find his end under the blade of his adversary, but on the ocean of his own tears.

1. Religion and politics - the Jesus Judas principle, the perpetrator-victim-principle, the quiet-expiation-principle, the above-below-principle, the judgement-damnation-principle

• Feel you as a victim, then also an perpetrator is hidden in you.
• Do you love Jesus, then also Judas in you want to be loved.
• Feel you guilty today, then you expiate therein an old quiet.
• Feel you in the human hierarchy dependent from someone (below), then this is possible only by the fact, that there is a power in you, which for its part controlled others (above is) and it also would keep this.
• Do you judge you and others, you can do this only by reason of your own internal (spiritual) damnation.

2. Body and psyche - the symptom-psyche-principle, the illness-domination- principle, the quiet-proud-complex, the anxiety-aggression-complex

• A physical symptom is identical to the wound of soul, which beated the ego.
• In your illness you are controlled likewise by others, as you exert dominance over others by your illness.
• You can only feel quiet if pride is in you. Dark or light pride is in you, as long as you carry quiet with you.
• Likewise this is with the pairs anxiety-aggression and confusion-control. One is only possible because there ist the other one

3. Meeting with humans in everyday life - the mirror (or resonance-) principle, the redeemer-principle

• The mirror- (or resonance-)principle leads you always to humans, who function exactly the same, act and reacts like you. The only difference is: they do it open and you do it hidden. That means: everything that is brought to you from outside, shows you the actualy level of your hidden forces and movings. Such meetings you show your dualy life-situation, your bounding, your connections and entanglements - which ONLY YOU can solve, indifferently as many other humans (and which)are involved in this situation. In this case the other help (opponent, meeting) you to recognize and release somewhat.
• The redeemer-principle lead you to humans, who need your help, exactly the assistance, support and love, you can give them. Such meetings show you your independence, redeemer-power and radiation, your connection with the mental areas of life. In this case you help the other (opponent, meeting), to recognize somewhat an to redeemit.

Your at present dominant radianton draws in both cases (which can change from moment to moment) respectively this (or they) other humans.

The words "principle" and "complex" mean: a pole cannot exist without the other one, neither in the unredeemed nor in the redeemed area. For which of the two poles you always decide - you will get stuck in the entanglements of the duality.

Reflect, meditate and "brainstorme" about these aspects, so far it affects your life and touchs your heart.

Recognize the recurring cycles, meetings, procedures and movings in your life and hit a decision to change complexes, principles and structures.

Two Meditations

All symptoms and illness, all problems, questions and confusion are an inheritance of old times, spaces, roles, plays and decisions. This inheritance ascends in this time and would like to redeem itself - in free flowing.

Continuous symptoms and illness, all problems, questions and confusion are an indication of blocking the flow-stream. It results from unipoleness. Unipoleness accepted, loves and looks for the LIGHT - and did not find it. Unipoleness refuses DARKNESS, is afraid (hates) and avoids it - and however meets nothing else. With this internal attitude the powerful body-soul-spirit-channel remains locked and nothing can off-flow and flow to.

The wall to your physical heart is necessary, in order to keep the light and the dark blood-stream in your body separated from each other. Your soul-heart is an area, without separation, and your spirit-heart is the ONE AREA of the cosmos - infinite.

Your body and your decisions correspond together in reverse proportion. That means: All separation which you maintain in your feeling (soul) and thinking (spirit), splits your soul-heart and your spirit-heart, which are in their nature undivided and unseparated. This emotional-mental splitting affects to your body-heart and your dual body-streams and body-mechanics.

Alone in disregard the balance of darkness and light, perpetrator and victim, Judas and Jesus you split your hearts and bodies.

With EVERYTHING you can split and break your heart - and - EVERYTHING can you heal with the heart, equalize, loosen and answer. It be nothing, which you didn¥t be able to loosen with the heart - the other way round: There is no other tool than the heart, which can be used for the complete solution of your questions and for the liberation of your symptoms and illnesses.

But this heart must be COMPLETE - unsplitted. It must flow freely between light and darkness. It must be allowed to love: Jesus and Judas, perpetrator and victim, healer and warrior, the radiating light and the naked horror. Want you to open to this... ?

We will beginn here and now the opening, stabilization and crystallization of your hearts, will activate your crystalline structures and crystalline expansion. Trusts the process and all accompaniments. Breathe, are and stay open. So you can use this tool, your crystall-heart, very soon, very conscious and very intentionaly, when, where and how always it will be necessary.

Couch relaxed, breath deep and go with your attention into your heart. Imaginate you are floating through the muscle-wall of your heart in the inside and notice this large, shared area of the light and the darkness.

Feel the untiring pulsating and flowing in the service of light and darkness in your body-life. Let all thoughts flow freely, coming and further-pull, become internally empty. Look arround in your heart, imaginate it simply or let come in those pictures and feelings, which would like to go now into your consciousness.

Breathe deep and relax (into the belly) out and in and open your heart far. Allow, that during this meditation, during this healing-sleep, during this phase of your mental birth all old energies of your body sink into the ground and the body-area opens so far, that the Theta-waves of spirit can flow through it.

Imaginate a Country, through a wall runs - a high, infinitely long wall, which separates the country in two halves. You are sitting above - on the crown of this wall and you can look from there out to the left, into a beautiful light landscape. Light, joy and security breathe here and ensure the growth of all natures.

And if you turn your view to the other side, you see a dark country. Darkness prevails here in the ground, in the water and in the air - horizonless, because you cannot see in the darkness, where the country ends and the sky begins.

Sit on your wall - completely relaxed - breathe deep. Let everything be, how it is, and return completely to yourself. Arrive completely in the center of your heart.



Close your eyes, sitting on the wall, and feel to both sides. Feel the aura of the light landscape, feel the warmth of the sun, which shines here, on your skin and in the heart. Sense the clarity of spirit, which blows here, the alive vibration of natures, which live here, grow and flourish.

Feel the warmth and the wideness of the landscape. Hear its sounds of love and life, the sounds of joy, singing and laughing. Feel the country in the sunshine with your whole body, with all pores, cells and flow-streams.

Feel the landscape of light in your heart and notice, that you are with it in perfect resonance. Between you and the country is beginning an exchange, a communication, and a to- and fro-swinging and a wandering of feelings, energies and essences.

Breathe deep out and in and let develop this country absolutely in your life. Receive it and all its natures in yourself. You notice, how with each breath pulsating a part of this landscape flows into you - melt with you and becomes one.

Width, sun illuminated mountains and forests, meadows with multicolored flowers, trees and fruits, lively flowing rivers and brooks are now in you - and you simply continue to breathe.

Make the internal decision to turn you now also to the other side, to look from the wall-crown now over the dark country, an simply allow, what you see and feel.

Notice, that from the ground ascending darkness life made desolate. Nowhere grows and flowers somewhat, no life-pulse is to be felt. Darkness ascended from the ground and the watercourses became a swamp, became astreamlet or tormenting drouth.

Notice, that the darkness of behind the horizon floats over the country and covers it with nebulas of confusion and horror. Even the darkness of the sky, the firmament, does not shine anywhere - any connection to the spiritual life seems suffocated.

Sit on your wall, close your internal eyes and return to yourself. Breathe deeply, open your heart again, then it may have closed itself in the meantime a little. Permit, what was, what is and what will be.



Width you, stretch you out - of the center of your heart up to the horizon - and beyond that.

And in such a way your pores and your ears open. And in such a way you hear and feel the dark country, notice the murmur of the hiding, the whimper of the hurt ones and the voices of the darkness - the voices of the anxiety and the imprisonement, but also those of the warrior and the dark rulers.

You feel the dried country in your throat - the swamps in your viscera - the anxiety in your stomach - the pain in your heart - and nevertheless you allow, that also this country communicates with you. You open yourself also to this country and let flow your heart-love - not to illuminate the darkness, not to heal the landscape, but to receive also this dark landscape in yourself.
