What is birth? What is spiritual birth? Is a person's birth on earth only a birth? Well, it depends on your point of view. The birth of one's body has had the temporary death of your spirit as a consequence for a long time. The death of a human being on earth is the birth of spirituality, the re-awakening of free cosmic consciousness.

Death and birth are one and the same gateway between dimensions. Life and death are identical. However, body and spirit are of a different nature and between them, the dance of birth and death, spirit and sexus is performed. They used to take turns in being in charge. If one was active, the other one withdrew. If the body was awake, the spirit was asleep. If the body rested, the spirit awoke and was active. What was day for one of them became night for the other. The powerlessness of the one was the power of the other.

For eons, spirit and sexus walked different paths. In this separation, they lived through many ages and a long line of spiritual research inside the bodily world and bodily research in the spiritual world. It was always about the poles of light and darkness, spirit and body, fear and love - about their separation and merging. In researching duality, you have moved away from yourself indefinitely, yet, without knowing this, you have also drawn closer to Oneness. In the deepest experience of separation, your body and spirit have come as close to each other as never before.

The complete mergence of these two has become inevitable. Now it has become possible to resolve all contrasts, contradictions, pain and problems if you wish to.

In order to support your will for Oneness within you, we are now giving you a short insight into your spirit-body life, into the meaning of birth and life, sickness and fate as well as death and change. 'We' are Tobias, Ohamah, Metatron, Adamus and Sabine.

Read this text with your heart and your eyes and allow all as- and descending forces to flow freely. Clear your life with the aid of the reflections, we give you at the end of each chapter.

Afterwards, read the text with the eyes of your parents and recognize their role in your life as well as their own childhood drama and their own set of problems, which may be unreleased till this day. This meditation along with your crystalline heart light can also be used for their completion. Simply put yourself into their shoes and complete the releasing in their name. Even if they have already gone back into the spiritual realms, you can serve them and yourself with this "labour of love", which you will very much feel in your own life.

Read this text finally with the eyes of your kids and feel their very own and intimate path, which they wish to walk independently from you, yet with your freeing love and unconditional support.

Thank all of you and release all people in love from the chains of your fearful feeling and forcing will. So all of you will find their way into the light of the New Earth.



It begins in a space-less space, which you may imagine as glowing in transcendent white light. All the colours of the Universe are contained in it, all sounds of the cosmos are vibrating there, and all forms are waiting to be discovered. This space lies in a timeless time, light years and world ages away from you - and yet reachable by a single breath, by a single beat of your heart, only a single step through the membrane, only a the blink of an eye.

You yourself are sitting at a large table of white luminous matter among many beings, which are just as translucent as the table and the room. They help you sort out your experiences on earth and of all those other dimensions you have crossed. Perhaps you have not been on earth during many ages or even never before. Perhaps you have experienced all the centuries of the last age on earth.

Your brothers and sisters help you to pull together all life forms and harmonise them. All skills and degrees of maturity, all unsolved and never experienced aspects of your development are being concentrated. You are discussing the purpose of your descent to earth, because you are not going without a reason. They advise you on the steps you are going to take on earth, the events and encounters you are going to choose for your way. You yourself are filled with an appetite for action, joy and a sense of adventure. Some of them even warn you against undertaking too much.

You pre-formulate your way on earth by way of objectives and wishes and determine basic conditions you deem to be vital for keeping to your chosen path. You choose shades of darkness, pain and the circumstances of your childhood and youth. You invent fateful events and form your earthly pain in your imagination so that they can occur to you at the right time and in the right place.

You choose the power you want to achieve and the forms you want to embody. You select the sounds and colours, which are to carry your life along, you decide on which aspect of humankind you want to take upon yourself, how and by which means you want to help it. This will be the reason for your departure.

Your descent from the bright heights will lead you deep down, first to earth and into the embodiment of your spirit, and then even deeper. You will want to open and enter the dark rooms of the pain of humankind. You approach people in order to investigate their unhappiness, to absorb it into yourself and to change it into happiness. You departed in order to comprehend their darkness and to change it into light.

Close your eyes after reading this text several times. Breathe deeply in and out and open your heart wide. Deep within you, you know that this space existed and still does. Deep within you, you know that you can enter it any time and remember that you can meet all members of your Spirit family and talk to them.

Simply allow yourself to cross through the gates and membranes of your consciousness and to find this time-less space. Your heart is the station. Go there with a relaxed and loving attention and surrender to your crystalline breath. Allow yourself to float back on the river of your life via childhood to the gate of your birth, through the embryonic phase and the gate of the conception of your body and finally out into the vast space of your Spirit.

Just float - full of trust and certainty - to the source of your bodily life and it's intentions.

Note down your inner pictures, dreams ands visions, which surge up during this time.


You pack the large spiritual rucksack you want to carry to your earthly family. Your spiritual family assures you of their lifelong loyalty and support. They become contract partners for your way on earth and focus their entire being on you during your spell as a human being.

Indeed, they have never left your side as you are part of them, and they are that part of you, which remained behind. Your life as a human being is to have an effect on all dimensions and will need help from all dimensions. Each footprint you leave behind on earth stems from them and from you. Each tear you cry on earth is gathered by them into the crystal goblet of your life.

While you are walking with your earthly family, they are by your side because your chosen path is not easy. LIFE on earth meant: suffering, pain and a sense of being lost. In the spiritual space, you used to know: light grows in the field of darkness. Love grows in the field of hate. Trust and joy grow in the field of fear and aggression. However, after your birth you will have forgotten this and asked yourself many a time why life is so lonely and painful.

Your light-being starts with the lowering down of its cosmic frequencies into biological energies. You converge to the earthly vibration as much as is necessary to start the structuring of the body. You yourself, and not your earthly parents, determine the aspects and the time of your conception. You turn away from the spiritual space in order to become a human being who will forget the inner knowledge of its home and nature for a long time to come.

Inside your mother's body, you begin with the unpacking of your rucksack. You install your life plan and the times of its activation into the cell structure of your future body. You know exactly what you want and how to incorporate your will into your body. The embodiment of your light power needs dark counter-forces like pain, fear, and the sense of being lost in order to mature in balance.

It is these criteria you applied in your search for your parents, as it is they who provide the darkness for you. You are close to your mother, observe and influence her. Through her body and feelings (e.g. shock experiences) you direct your foetal development. Not only is she responsible for you during her pregnancy yet you are also responsible for her. This way you are building the basis for your future bodily functions and limits of consciousness. You shift your spiritual decisions and intentions within your mother's body into cellular material. Your life plan flows into fundamental bodily substances.

Open up to the spiritual realms of your earthly life. Allow yourself to overcome the tight boundaries of your earthy perception and to gain a feeling for a reversal of values. Recognize the dark root-forces of light and love, of power and might and respect them.
Affirm your life-choice with all your heart.

Within the relaxation of your open heart, allow yourself to float back to the embryonic phase of your bodily life. Allow inner pictures and feelings to come up and show you things, which were so far hidden away. Feel into the connection with your mother and allow all stuck energies, pains and traumata to flow freely and release them here and now.

This happens just because you decide it to be so.



You simultaneously transfer your life plan and objectives to your mother. For this reason, changes take place in the relationship between your parents during and after pregnancy. By uniting with your mother, you separate your father from her. The battle of life commences with your entry into the world.

You lower your spiritual vibrations in such a way that your unified being becomes one of duality. You take the vibrations of fear, pain and trauma into your cells as well as those of human love, warmth and loyalty. You allow your divine consciousness to be permeated completely by these two poles. Now you can perceive duality and its poles and contrasts, and you yourself become a creature of duality. Up to the moment of your birth you have prepared your body sufficiently for its release into a fragmented world.

Shortly before and after your birth into earthly life, your field of consciousness is open. You have a total overview of your 'sweet' life in the spiritual space and the 'bitter' existence on earth. The short-term view of the immediate future often results in reactions of shock. During this period you have negated your spiritual readiness for your descent with a 'NO', which reverberates through space and time. This results in the closure of your spiritual-energetic field, and life begins with just a fraction of your potential power. Complications at birth often lead to life-long weakness and non-fulfilment.

With your development into toddler stage, the sphere of consciousness closes down, and from the moment you begin to speak, you will have forgotten yourself. Divine nature is lost with the birth into human spheres. First fears, an expression of the original split between spirit and body, manifest themselves. However, your alienation from spirituality into childhood is necessary in order to create your physical body and to bring it into flourishing as a tool of the spirit.

Your being experiences itself as part of its spiritual family. This is why infants do not perceive their own bodies as a separate personality but as one with their mothers.

You lived in the field of feelings and were completely bound to your mother's feelings. Body-Mother and Semen-Father formed the basis of the child's body. Your spirit chooses the generation line along whose flesh and wisdom, pain and hope you want to travel for a while. You have not primarily chosen your parents but the pattern and intensity of their consciousness.


1. Open wide and allow yourself to dive deeply into the essence of this chapter, into the spirit and the time of your first birth on Earth. Take a deep breath and say "YES" to your life, never mind how it began and ran this far. Your electrifying "YES" opens all magnetic fields and allows stuck pain-energies to flow freely. Your heartfelt "YES" finishes the past fulfils the present and opens the future.

2. Allow your loving heart to bring you to the threshold of the first fears taking your body, manifesting the primal split between Spirit and Sexus. Allow these fears to conquer the chasm between your Spirit and your body and to redeem themselves in the crystalline light of your heart. Breathe them in and out, full of love and serenity.

3. From your heart, perceive the first stirrings of your embryonic life-fight and allow them to grow their deep love and wisdom within you.



From birth until seven years of age, you install the female pole of duality into your body-consciousness. Your mother's lived and unlived feelings are orientation points for you. You perfect physical bonding by taking over her world of feelings, strengths and illnesses into your own body structure. You leave it to her to activate your positive and negative emotional forces. Now it is her turn to shape your life according to her patterns for a while. A constant exchange of feelings between both of you takes place, actions and re-actions, a battle for power and dominance because she wants to bring you up following her earthly-adult ideas, and you want to change her in turn, following your spiritual-childlike ideas. Whatever your mother locks away inside herself, you express in your behaviour and illnesses. You challenge her unlived female strengths by your subconscious behaviour with persistence, and if need be, by force.

This way, your first 7year cycle on earth is a time of safety and strife. In your own body and in your earthly family lies the origin of all conflicts on earth

In the period between 7 and 14 years of age, your father is your communication partner for your body formation. Now you are in the magnetic field of the male pole and are stabilising your emotional development, physical strength and cell structure. His male dominance becomes an orientation point, and you gather his independence, determination, will and assertion within your body. His emotions, way of thinking and will solidify and harden your body.

Male energies lead you further down onto Earth: into the density of their male spheres. You remove yourself even further from yourself. You allow a psychological attachment to your father and take over his habits, his lived and unlived forces. You challenge these forces within him, and you express them through your own symptoms, accidents and illnesses. You achieve the balance of his imbalance between spirit and body in your own body and behaviour.

The interaction between yourself and your father is of a different nature than that between yourself and your mother. To put it simply: Your mother led you away from Earth, away from your body and away from descend and your father led you into Earth, into your body and into the descend. They repeat what you have already experienced during the First Crystal Age (see: A New Story Of Creation): the female strives to the light, the male to the dark.

The interplay between yourself and them will be especially close or particularly distant. This depended on whether you had a female or male body, as well as on the objectives you have pre-formulated. If e.g. you have chosen early independence from the exterior male or female strength because you wish to strengthen this pole within yourself, you may experience the distancing of your father or mother from the family.


In a deep relaxation, which begins in your heart, float back into the first rooms of your bodily life - into your childhood. Be empty and expect nothing. Just allow all images, feelings and memories of the Spirit to come. Look from the outside, free of emotions and connection. Breathe deeply if pain waves come up and release them in love from your life.

The journey into your own past is very healing and cleansing. However, very often you have to cross through deep and dark pain-fields of the soul. These fields are a mixture of your own pain and that of parents and grandparents, whose life-energies you took on via your birth. They can be very dark as they have accumulated during many dark centuries without having found release in the meantime.

Take a lot of time for this exploration of your life. Write down what is important for you. Cry when pain comes and forgive if you can.

Many of you have indeed experienced painful, even horrifying childhoods. Yet don't forget: You chose this. Chose here and now anew - in exactly the way, you have experienced them.

This "YES! I am in acceptance with all that was, is and will be" is the magical formula for healing and redemption. You confirm your own spiritual intentions from before this incarnation and fulfil them. This means: Your light-spirit forces, which germinated in the field of the opposing dark, turn into effective forces on Earth.

Use the meditation " Spirits tower of light" in this lesson or the meditation " The releasing of old life-contracts" from lesson 13.

14 years after your arrival in bodily form, the spirit will touch you again for the first time. Your baptism will be performed from within your spiritual space. Your completed body will be pierced by undifferentiated Light. Now, as your body has grown in your earthly family, your spiritual family reminds you of your actual origin and shakes your earthly being. During two 7year-cycles, your spirit grew roots in the ground of your body and earthly family. These roots are now being extracted a bit because during this period you had forgotten your wings and your spirit family.

This spiritual intervention complies with your plans prior to incarnation. It is necessary so that your spirit does not descend so deeply into matter to get lost. These spiritual bolts will be repeated from time to time.

This first spiritual bolt triggered a deep inner longing for your spiritual home and your spiritual family. This shows in feelings of abandonment, in searching and defiance. An alienation from your parents takes place. Your emotional body has received its foundations in your parents' feelings. Now it is becoming independent and wants to feel different from them, but how?

Now your awakening is starting, your adult life. Your integrated personality activates new feelings, balances between old and new and has to find a new equilibrium. However, your path is not stable yet. Your spirit is awakening and starts rattling the bars of its body- prison. You experience yourself as a stranger in your own body. You do not feel at home anywhere. Maybe you adamantly refuse all offers, and wish to do things, which are criticised unrealistic and nonsensical. Perhaps you adapt and feel a huge chasm between you and the world.

Puberty is the first major irritation from the meeting of spirit and body on Earth - from Spirit and Sexus. The spiritual baptism entered your hormone system like a bolt of lightning and now directs you into another direction. The melatonine production in your pineal gland is almost shut down and the production of sex hormones in the gonads activated. That, which awakens your own feeling world, is divulsing you from those of your parents. This hormonal shift of your body is the beginning of your inner separation from your parents and with that, the path to yourself.

Your emotional spheres are now separating from those of your parents. This can lead to intense fighting, as it is a matter of life and death on the emotional level, especially between you and your mother. Her consistent dominance can suffocate your emotional life, unnaturally prolong your childhood and kill your adult being before it is born. On the other hand, your determined detachment from your mother kills her being a mother. However, this is a natural death, the spiritually wanted light-death, which leads to new life for all concerned. The battle for life and love continues here as well.

The crystals, which radiate from the spiritual realms into your life are of a light nature, but they darken your life-field considerably for a while because they encounter the emotional darkness of generations, gone before you, which you absorbed in your body via birth. Are you still harbouring it within yourself because you believe it to be part of your personality?

Your emotional development is now receiving many components, which need balancing: spiritual longing and earthly curiosity, departure and retreat. Besides, the production of sexual hormones awakens new needs in your body. With this you grow new roots, which embed themselves deeply in the earth for a while to come.

The wrestling for inner balance among a multitude of poles becomes more vehement. Within you, fires begin to burn, which you can neither control nor extinguish. A quest begins, which seems un-accomplishable, as all components of your body and spirit are here and now in their greatest expansion and bare an unmanageable dichotomy. This quest could find a balance if you could follow your affinities, orientations and disorientations during this time, if you could swim un-dampened through the frothing ocean of your life. Yet could you?


On the wings of your Spirit float back into the time of your spiritual baptism and earthly puberty. Take a lot of time. Go through the text again and again and remember the inner and outer forces of your youth. Write down what seems important and of meaning and let it flow through your now grown-up heart and show its true light.

Allow all retained pain and disorientation to flow freely within you. Release them. Release the feeling of being treated unfairly in the knowledge that your parents and grandparents also have been youngsters once, who's lives were overshadowed by pain and traumata, that you chose exactly them for your incarnation: their life-field, their pain and their love and wisdom, even if those were deeply buried and hidden away.

Return to the first and second chapter of your life path and put them in relation to this chapter. Forgive the people, who inflicted pain and sorrow onto you and release yourself with this from the spiritual contract, you had with each other. Release yourself and them from dark intentions and become free for new, light ones.


From the age of 21, you are occupied with the formation of your intellect. You are now fully grown, and emotional independence has been achieved. Now you can dedicate yourself to the formation of your mental personality and let go of all thoughts, patterns, structures and mental veils, you took over from your parents and society. You want to be free of the dross of your childhood and youth.

Again, your spiritual family directs a shower of light into your cell structure and consciousness. This light burns the dross of your emotional body formation, and clears your life-field from gluey mother-child-feelings. It begins to lift you out of the patterns of thought and perception of human society and to remind you of your spiritual wisdom and purpose. Your earthly roots are loosened and extracted again. The invisible force returns, which releases and jars your earthly identity and simultaneously strengthens your spiritual reality on Earth.

Soon you are mature enough to recognise the mystery: loneliness and insecurity in the body-space are community and security in the spiritual space. Community and security in the body-space are doom and separation in the spiritual space. Dying on earth means being born in spirit, being born on earth means the dying of the spirit. And both rooms are present on earth - exactly there, where you are. And so, all forces within the body-room may die long before they have unfolded, if you cannot do these splits: living in the body-room and breathing in the spiritual room.

The absorbed thought structures are closed and narrow. Floods of light illuminate open and destroy them. Cosmic light-energies flood your epithelium and consciousness. They are crystal essences of your own spiritual intelligence. These structures are infinitely wide and open. They originate in time-less time within space-less space, which seems to be light years and world ages away - yet is reachable with just one breath or beat of your heart. Breathe deeply and BE!

Transcendent light fills you and ensures that the old, externally directed thought structure can no longer be built and consolidated. The shower of light of the fourth 7year cycle relates to Jesus' third consecration, the transfiguration of spirit. This means:

• redemption of the earthly consciousness structures
• embodiment of spiritual amorphousness
• the opening of human consciousness, merging of Heaven and earth within yourself
• new alignment of your ability for orientation and perception
• immortality of the body

At this time, three quarters of your body consist of immortal spiritual matter.


Proceed here like in chapter 5 and allow yourself enough time to return to this phase of your earthly life.



In the fifth 7year cycle, the birth of cosmic spirit into the earthly body is preordained. The first birth 28 years ago brought the soul into the body. The past four 7year cycles had the task to built your soul-body and bring it into flourishing. Deep human rooting within the earthly family and periodical spiritual lightning bolts from your spiritual family made sure that there was a perfect equilibrium in your electro-magnetic being, your body-spirit. You are ready for a second birth on earth, which now brings in your Higher Spirit (SHE-HE). SHE-HE has wanted your body. SHE-HE has prepared for the descend onto earth. Now, SHE-HE wants to incarnate itself. Now the time has come for true maturity - the birth of Spirit.

But oh, you have become an earthly personality, more human being than spirit, more flesh than light, more earth than cosmos, more reason that intuition. The moment of the highest maturity of your body is the point of the longest distance from the spirit. Yet right HERE and NOW SHE-HE demands that you let go of human existence. Now SHE-HE wants to walk your earthly path - YOU YOURSELF. Now you wish to continue your path on earth under different signs. Up to now, the spirit supported the body during its growth. Now the body has to support the birth of the spirit if it wants to survive.

A third shower of light reaches you during your 28th year and shakes free all earthly conditions and bodily needs. It corresponds to Jesus' fourth consecration, the crucifixion. Your divine spirit demands your earthly life now. However, what represents hope to the High Spirit is a threat to the low one. Your ego resists the light. It resists change and having to let go. It shuts off the body because it fears loneliness and death. According to its perception, life has only just started. It is right, and life will continue yet will follow different rules than before.

Now ego and spirit battle inside you: head and guts fight against your heart. Both want to survive in you but their ideas of life are very different. The demands of the spirit, to let go of earthly life-structures, follows the advancement of the spirit - the view of redemption and fulfilment, of creativity and joy. However, you have become estranged from the spirit - what effect can it have? The demands of the ego, to keep living the earthly life, death of the body follows because neither ego nor body possess the power of Eternal Life. Yet your ego and body are closer to you than the spirit and eternal life. Even though you long for it, as soon as you reach its boundaries, you become fearful.

Internal decisions become necessary:

• Are you about to make concessions to mass consciousness or are you about to set off into your own inner world?
• Where are you directing your attention: to the conditions of society or the absence of conditions in your spirit?
• Are you going to choose a profession in order to earn money or follow a calling, give and receive in a free flow?
• Are you going to choose partner-love and search for yourself in the other or do you choose self-love and find yourself in that?
• Are you true to others even if it tears you apart or are you true to yourself?
• Do need people because you cannot be alone or are you there for them?
• Are you a human being or an embodied spirit, creature or creator?

Human fears, bodily needs, family obligations and societal pressure restrict you. You delay your departure into the inner Unknown because you are afraid of being expelled from human society. Yet this is an Inner Journey, the journey of your own thoughts and feelings, the journey of your spirit on earth.


Answer questions to your own inner decisions at that time.

a) Answer them from your view and decision back then, look at the resulting events.
b) Decide anew today and know that you now close hitherto existing life chapters and open new ones.

Reflect your fifth 7year cycle in the same way as in the previous chapters. Allow a lot of time. Return later to these chapters once more. As the opening of your consciousness, memory and love-force proceeds, you will discover more and more details from your life, which are important in the here and now - be it in recognizing or redeeming regard.


Your inner journey leads you away from mass consciousness towards your own divine Being. The path leads through dreams and day-dreams, through visions and ideas, through happy and painful hours, directly into the centre of your heart and its power. On this journey, you find your own strengths and abilities, which differ completely from other people's qualities. You find your way and open the very transcendental space you closed with your birth.

It is not the journey of your ego. It has reached the end of its path and wisdom. The ego was the traveller of the first four 7year cycles. Now, the journey of your spirit commences. SHE-HE takes over your being human, releases the absorbed darkness and leads you to celestial love-force, wisdom and power. At this point on your life-path, your primal intention is fulfilled - to turn her misfortune into fortune, to comprehend her dark and turn it into light (see chapter 1).

However, the path is not easy. You experience during this time how strong human connections are and delay your departure into the inner Unknown again and again.

You experience how difficult it is to follow the path of your own thoughts and feelings. Often, you do not find your own strengths and qualities in the filed of societal opinion. Repeatedly, your spirit demands your letting go of all achievements. How often you feel confused and do not know what is right and wrong and where to find your point of reference!

You will experience those times when no iota of your being is prepared to let go of emotional pain, a mental attempt at control and earthly security. Your ego hardens itself again and again in the field of earthly perception and reason and demands from life to give you answers and to solve your problems.
However, deep inside you, you know exactly that you will not find your lost keys where the lantern casts its light, yet somewhere out there in the darkness of life, in the hidden rooms. For a long time, you get caught in the net of conditions. Your life gets more limited, your joys become rarer, your fears greater, you even accept that for a long time, and this is good as this is your path to maturity.

You may have chosen the path of conventions and earthly connections. You may thus have removed yourself for a longer time from your divine power. Yet deep inside yourself you know that the way of the least resistance on earth is only a compromise at the expense of your completion. From the 35th year of your body, the earthly powers begin to dwindle, the spiritual ones to grow. It is just a matter of time for a decision to be made.


For a time, practice regularly the meditation for the crossing of the five gates, which you find at the end of this lesson.


If you followed the exterior world, the first crises appear from the 42nd year. The question for the meaning of life has you firmly in its grip. Exterior conditions and inner feelings do not coincide any more. The growing power of the spirit is contrasted with the beginning failure of the body. Inner visions are crushed by external monotony. The free forces of your fancifulness suffer from irreconcilable conflict with external duties. Your inner longing does not find any answers in exterior life.

Your divine spirit is present, yet not working to its full capacity. SHE-HE attracts attention to itself by restlessness and discord. SHE-HE continues to demand you let go of the old and set off into the new. However, it is becoming more difficult as time passes. Family ties and conditions become tighter, if you want to free yourself from them because they still exist within you. They need to melt down inside you before you can untie them on the outside.

Part of you wants to stop the progression of events, deny decisions, and undo things. However, your mind with its well-hidden fear of loneliness holds you back. Now the fateful blows of your life plan become active, those shockwaves you yourself have formed in this space-less time before your descend.

Spiritual non-fulfilment manifests itself in illnesses and accidents, in unattractive, even fatal encounters. These 'attacks' aim at the never-satisfied needs of the ego that demands from life to be cared for like a child. They serve the release of the spirit, which could fulfil these needs. However, the ego does not trust it. It has become strong enough to thwart the will of the spirit. It does not do so out of malice but for fear of its earthly existence. It does not know that the body is just a temporary phase of its Eternal Being. Yet it decides if this phase is a brilliant life-ray or the gloomy blues of life.

If you have not woken up by yourself, your spiritual family will get involved now. They put all sorts of hurdles in your way in order to stop you. They bombard your sphere with all sorts of thunder and lightning bolts so that you pause. If need be, they make you fall headlong so that you bump your eternally controlling head in order for it not to function for a bit. Indeed, they do all this out of pure love for you.

Your spiritual brothers and sisters attempt to the very last day to make the fusion between your human and divine spirit possible. To do this, they hassle and press you hard. Yet the pain from that is nothing compared to the pain of the spirit if it returns without having accomplished its mission.


With this knowledge, review all your illnesses, accidents, fateful encounters and blows -from the heart. Make a list and embark to understand them one by one.

Be ready to recognize the meaning of love, which lies behind them. Simply by allowing yourself these insights, by letting them come, by releasing guilt and pride, you will perceive them. Because with your admission for the hidden things in your life to show themselves, your magnetic-binding aura-field turns into an electric-flowing light-field. And by recognizing this, the interventions of destiny are fulfilled - and true peace can unfold within you.


The 49th year marks the end of the first life. Seven times seven years of the embodiment of the Spirit are now completed. Now, there are no more lightning bolts, as the Spirit is completely present in the earthly body. Unlived light-forces and unquenched spiritual needs turn into their opposites and waft around as dark energy clouds in your body, consciousness and everyday life. If that, what you have come for, is still undiscovered, unfulfilled and unresolved, the tool 'physical body' is in danger of decaying unused.

The second life is the life of the spirit in your physical body. Is this unfulfilled, it then starts with a slackening of bodily functions. If the view of the High Spirit fades to take over the body and use it, then it begins to let the body degenerate: Spiritual-electrical flowing turn into body-magnetic inactivity. Wide, light amorphousness turns into narrow energy patterns. All body reserves and self-healing means have been used up. The darkened forces become greater and more powerful. The aging body submits to decay if the light spirit does not live within it. On its own, it can neither resist the forces of darkness and light, nor offer entry. Old age is the time period of humiliation or humility, dependent on your life-decision.

Illnesses demonstrate the relationship between the growing force of the ego (fear, control, aggression, guilt) and the dwindling spiritual force (love, free flow, joy, innocence). Even if the spirit is the master of the body, it is still bound to the ego and cannot break its will. If it does not succeed in subordinating the ego-will under its spiritual will, the body collapses and life remains unfulfilled. This is not dramatic. The end of bodily life in the face of absence of progress is part of the life plan. You left this way a thousand times - and always returned.



Merging with God means the resurrection of the spirit in your body. In the merged being, you are One with yourself. You are body and Spirit, male and female, childish and mature, present on Earth and in the cosmos. You are mother and father for all suffering mankind.

In the mergence with God, you can truly be with people and give them strength and hope without losing yourself within the grey zone of their thoughts and feelings.

Merging with God means bringing LOVE and JOY into maturity in your own heart and radiating them into the world. This is why God released you to earth in your childhood and has been calling you back since your youth.

Merging with God does not at all mean: healing, suffering or being enlightened. It does not mean having to leave humanity or to assure justice and peace in the world or having to save people from themselves.

Merging with God is simply merging with your Self. It makes you tender and loving, strong and wise, courageous and determined, serious and joyful. Through you, it brings the LIGHT to Earth.
