Each letter and each number, each form and each motion are aspects of that cosmic intelligence, which lays and steers firmaments and luminaries – beings of the open consciousness, of the Quantum (see lesson 9). Any evaluation of planetary movements, birth horoscopes, numbers and names is only possible because all things came about in the very same way – in one single life-dance – from ONE BEING and have a unique meaning, yet include all other things.

Each form, motion and function has a clear and simple meaning, which helps you to get to know yourselves. Theoretically-technically this adds up to comprehensible connections – so far so good. Practically-spiritually the inner meaning of the outer appearances of the mysteries draws your life closer, simply by you taking a break whilst reading and just breathing deeply! For havens sake, don’t try to understand all this theoretically-technically! Just read, allow to be sprinkled, flowed through, shaken and stirred and also to fall asleep right in the middle of it. All true motion and change eludes your waking consciousness.

Observations of the spiritual anatomy are by no means an end in itself to satisfy a spiritual explorer-heart. Your divine spirit builds its bodies by its laws and therefore reveals itself in your body also. It leads you into awareness and experience of yourself. Did you want to forget who you were for a long time, you will now experience that the forces of eternal life and death are at home inside your bodies.

It is very likely that you will react during reading: with compassion or nervousness, with inner pictures, feelings of an inner streaming, maybe also with deep inner refusal and denial. If spirit gave you these words and awareness, it will also be with you whilst you read this - and, if you allow it, touch and flow through you. We wish that this will be a deeply healing and blissful experience for you.



Now we have reached the embodied inner Light and dark (IDL). It is at the beginning of the Dust Age, as you created your own heart and through its splitting and separation your physical bodies. At the moment, you put the space and time split into your hearts, the vibration of your energy fields slowed down. They fell right into material density. This meant: Your solid bodies never existed without separation and splitting. Only after that, they emerged. Because you split your hearts, your bodies became dense.

And here is the biggest conflict between your being and your wanting. On the one hand, you cling to your body, don’t want to ever let it go, because you believe they are your whole being. On the other hand, you want to be free of separation, splitting and pain, which emerged through this, because you believe, they are unnatural and unnecessary. Yet this is an error. Your body exists because separation and splitting exists.

As long as you are in a physical body, you can never expect to be without pain, separation, fear or sorrow. Not for nothing is your physical body called the “pain-body”, as it emerged exactly from that, which you now see as pain: separation, splitting, partition. It came about in order for you to experience pain and to make something new out of it at the end of time.

As long as you are in a physical body, you cannot expect to be free of pain and darkness. Yet the pain, which comes to you, the darkness, which surrounds you, the horror, which drags through the rooms of your life – they all can expect of you, that you let them go by: that you receive them, breathe and let them go – together with the planetary out-breath of this turning time.

The wisest and grandest amongst humanity suffer the most pain – yet, they don’t suffer. They pull the pain of mankind to themselves. They do this consciously and willingly and it happens through their emanation. As their bodies ache, their spirits are at bliss. Don’t confuse this with a self-chastening martyr of the Middle Ages, who seeks the pain, because he believes to get through evolution on the fast track. Yet there is no being-through, only being. Don’t seek the pain. Yet when it comes, receive it with an open heart and breathe deeply. Allow it to pass through you. It only wants to reach the light and its gate into the light is simply your heart.


During the 1.Crystal Age and Lime Age you prepared your bodily developmental tools. These tools are gravitational (descending) and levitating (ascending), light and dark, masculine and feminine, expanding and contracting, electric and magnetic – not measurable with your gear of today, yet tangible, highly active and effective. These are your FEELINGS. Your positive and negative human feelings can hold an electromagnetic balance inside your bodies, merge the poles and with that, lead them into immortality. Yet until you have these abilities, they will cause imbalance and disorder in your bodies and at the same time suffer from that. For many millennia, they will ignite electric pain-fires or create magnetic rigours in your bodies.


The first and strongest embodied inner dark are the negative poles of your inner organs (see also organ light, Lesson 7) and hormone system (see below). The second inner dark are your negative feelings and thoughts. Yet this second force will defeat and change the first, as it corresponds to your will, whilst the first force is your being – your changeable, temporary being. The embodied inner dark and light is the electro-magnetic current of your seven body-levels. Each body-level has its own and also shared currents. These are transmitters between the first and second force.

On the one hand, your whole physical being emerged through separation and splitting, yet on the other hand through exactly this, unified the electric and magnetic pole within. The energetic dark and light of the Lime Age were bound onto each other within the tightest room and now reigns as one being of counter force, of attraction-repulsion, of dark-light, of minus-plus in all cells of your body. During this time, this truly powerful being of both, separated and also bounded duality, has to be overcome, as it is temporary.


Light and dark of the various ages have billions of energy points in your organs. In their function, these points are bound onto your crucial evolutionary tools: your FEELINGS. Depending which feeling you decide on, either the light points or the dark ones will dominate.

You recall the Alpha- and Omega-Chakras, which lay above the head and below your tailbone in your body axis (see lesson 2). They are the non-physical agents of the energetic light and dark, inter-dimensional embassy buildings of your Lime Age. Additionally there is a physical head quarter of the cosmic electro-magnetism, a bodily light-dark-representative, inside the pituitary gland, the central gland of your nervous and hormone system and the gonads. Whenever you incarnate, you build first of all these inter-dimensional embassy buildings – and around them your bodies.

The creative dark and light from the 1.Crystal Age also have their non-physical domicile in your sub- and higher consciousness. CL has its bodily throne in your hearts, in the sinu-atrial node, and CD resides in the pancreas.

Long before procreation, the heart-nervous-system supplies the body with the very spiritual light-dark-current, which makes physical life possible in the first place. Even three days after clinical or organic death, revival is possible. The will and the power of revival does however not rest within the realm of decision through the earthly world – the family or doctors – yet alone with the higher spirit, who can make this decision and send its human back into the bodily life. The soul will only at the end of these three days unhinge itself from the body. Allow your dead to rest for three days before you deep freeze their bodies, burn or bury them.

The crystal-light-point (Christ-Point or hot spot, see lesson 5) lies in the autonomic nervous system of the heart. It becomes active through the high feeling-powers of unconditional love, gratitude and compassion. They open the spiritual gate to the cosmic light for you and this flows in high potency into your bodies and changes the mortal cell structure.

Your heart chambers are the epitome of the crystal- and lime-age dark-light on earth and with that the fact that you cannot simply eliminate darkness from your life. You would have to get rid of your right ventricle. Yet, how would the blood of your veins and your lymph dispose of the waste and poisons of your body? And how are the impulses from the cosmic crystal worlds gonna get into your body? These light, crystalline impulses arrive exactly there, where the dark of your bodily life flows in its highest concentration. From your earthly-judging point of view, you could rightly say: “God sits upon the greatest dump and in the most foul smelling swamp”. Yes, indeed. He likes to do that and shows you that from his point of view, there is neither garbage nor stink, yet only love in light and love in dark. And of course, he loves them both. We talk about this in the following.

The embodied creative dark lies inside your pancreas, in the hatchery of the enzymes trypsine and chymotrypsine. It is the task of these highly aggressive substances to chemically break down the slur from the stomach inside the small intestine. The substances of content are separated, sorted and reabsorbed (brought into the bodily circulation) or disposed of. The path of these enzymes from their hatchery, the islets of Langerhans inside the pancreas, into the small intestine goes via the duodenum. They pass it within a tight casing, which only dissolves when they reach their destination, where the full destructive potential of these deadly enzymes can and mist be freed. The interesting insight is this: without these death-bringing organic-hormonal aggressions, you would die – from obstipation and poisoning. In this sense the death force is very positive – GOOD.

The hatchery of these enzymes is the so-called devils point. The devils point is that dark cave in the centre of your body, which becomes active with the most negative of all feelings. Self-contempt and self-hatred open the gorge to hell, the gate to the darkness, and unleash the destructive forces within the hatchery itself. Mark this subtlety: Its not about hatred or contempt – its not about other people, its about yourselves. Its about SELF-hatred and SELF-contempt. This is the same like SPIRIT-hatred and SPIRIT-contempt or LOVE-hatred and LOVE-contempt or GOD-hatred and GOD-contempt or LIFE-hatred and LIFE-contempt. Because all this: spirit, love, God and life means: SELF. When God hates itself, it suffers the most cruel and most painful death on earth, which it devised: pancreatic cancer. This is its self-made hell on earth – within the centre of its body.

And of course, your pancreas also brings the light forces SELF-respect and unconditional (!) SELF-love. These high feeling powers lead you to inner independence from the opinion of others, to SELF-absolution, to innocence and blamelessness in the name of all dark forces of ones own life. Any energies of guilt and shame are delivered from your consciousness. Love, gratitude, serenity and self-authorisation as well as the master-ship over ones own life follow fluently.


The Dust Age is a bodily room. The beings of spirit and energy are reigning here in a subsidiary form. They serve the bodily life, which has priority. Now, we arrive at the inner light of your physical bodies. The inner light is much darker, tighter and denser as it was during the Lime- and Crystal Ages, the inner dark much dimmer, greyer and duller as the brilliant dark from the Crystal Age. Yet still, both are in their best and God- indented form, because the path – this, everyone wanted – led downward. Both are balancing forces, which enable the life and the path of spirit within a body. We distinguish three groups:


These are positive feeling-powers of all inner organs and cell intelligence, like love, joy, gratitude, courage, forgiveness, trust, respect, carefree-ness, gentleness – everything, your cultivated and spiritual Ego strives for and demands of all others as well.

These are the positive thought-powers of your mind and cell intelligence, like knowledge, memory, the ability to perceive, orient and differentiate, intelligence, the power to make decisions and serenity – everything, you want to have at all cost, expect of your children and don’t have since millennia.

The physical inner light
These are the light bodily forces, like minerals (bases), the nervous system, the DNA and RNA, arteries, the day, breathing in, amino acids, melatonine (“happy” hormones), the limbic system, the left ventricle, the spleen-lymphatic system and the gut flora. These are only some examples of thousands of inner light points – light, expanding and levitating forces of your bodily life.


These are the negative feeling powers of all inner organs and your cell intelligence, like fear, aggression, defiance, ingratitude, hatred, revengefulness, distrust, scorn, arrogance and many more like harshness, worry, guilt, shame, self-pity, unworthiness and inferiority.

You don’t accept these forces neither inside yourselves nor inside of others. Yet still, you live in the unconscious centre of this organic-intelligent dark, which mutated into feeling-swamps, because you refused it, yet still used it; as you wanted to annihilate it yet were bound to it. Thus you block the free flowing balance of the poles and the free, life-giving flowing between them. We’ll get to that in the chapter “Astral dark-light” in lesson 20.


These are the negative thought powers of your mind and your cell intelligence, like ignorance, oblivion, disorientation, control, vengeance, an inability to differentiate, fickleness and many more like pressure, boredom, simple-mindedness, compulsive comparing and confusion.

Going by the opinion of your cultivated Ego, all these are bad things, which have to be expunged and fought against. Well, these are the negative forces of your life that enable the descend, leading to experience, maturity and master-ship. These are the very forces, which lead you to the deepest point of your spiritual path – to the point of reversal – and now into the heights of your life. Confusion and the inability to differentiate are right now the outer main features of your collective inner awakening. And this is a good thing!


These are all dark bodily forces like uretic-, sulphuric- and all other acids, the hormone system, the immune system, the veins, the night, the out breath, the enzymes trypsine and chymotrypsine, stress-, fear- and flight-hormones of the lower organs and glands (adrenaline and cortisone), the bile-flow, the right ventricle, the digestive system and every half of any organ. These are only some examples of thousands of inner dark points – dark, contracting and gravitating forces of your bodily life – balancing, they slow down explosive expansion.


Now we ask with all sincerity: What is to be said against the right ventricle? It is dark, negative and magnetic. Yet, is that bad? Wrong? Stupid? Evil? What is wrong with the out-breath? Nothing, really, even if it stinks sometimes because the body detoxes. So what? What is to be said against chimotrysine. It is deadly, of an immense explosive power to destroy. Is that bad? Without them, you would die a miserable death even with your organic food. What is to be said against adrenaline? They flood your body with too much acid and rob it of life-sustaining minerals. And yet they constantly save your bodily life as they save your organs from rigour and death when you are in a bad temper.

You would die if you would eliminate only one of these negative elements, these active dark points, from your bodily life. Well, indeed you have died for millennia, often because you didn’t want the inner light and then in turn, you didn’t want the inner dark.

Let’s look at the actual bodily life of today, in which you wish to achieve enlightenment so badly. And because during your spiritual activities, which you wanted to do without the negative feeling- and mental forces, you pushed the corresponding organ forces into secondary habitats, as we described in lesson 7. Two things happened: These repressed forces still acted in their exile. The more you pushed them under, the more they directed your unconscious thinking and feeling, your reactions and actions. Through this, the positive forces, you strove for so much, pauperised, as there was no lively exchange with their dark brothers and beloved partners any more. In time, even your love and loyalty mutated into aggressive or depressive grey forces.

Thus, dear ones, everything got stuck within you. Even if you only stop one small wheel inside of yourselves, the whole organism will come to a standstill. And so you fell ill and died over and over again – not because of the negative forces, yet because of the hermetical separation between the poles and the powerlessness, which was the result of that – as you loved the one and hated the other.

The inner dark and light is in every one of your organs. In your small intestine burns the light of “childish carefree-ness”, “joy”, “clarity” together with the dark “existential fear”, “mourning”, “the inability to differentiate”. Your lung harbours the light forces of “spiritual communication”, “respect”, “freedom” and the dark counter forces of “materialism”, “arrogance”, “imprisonment”. Your liver suffers when there is an imbalance between the powers “vitality” and “self-control”, between “moderacy” and “immoderacy”, between “searching” and “addiction”, between “passion” and “order”.

In lesson 7, we explained the light and dark forces of each organ. Please read the chapter about the inner organs again. In lesson 6 we explained how to handle these light and dark forces of your organs and feelings. Please re-read the chapter “communication with the cross” about the YES and NO forces as well as about the secondary habitats.

Practice: You (patients) are able to reflect the illnesses and phases of suffering in your life and you (doctors and healers) can expand and further develop your medical and healing knowledge through this material and insight. Also use the practices from less. 1, 6 and 7.


The endocrine system (from Greek endo = within; krino = I separate) is a system, which is deeply hidden inside of your body – seemingly separated from the outside, in this sense unknowable. The second messengers of this system are called hormones, and so it is called the hormone system. The command centres and corridors of power are called glands, and so it is called glandular cycle. This very complex system enables the basic ability of the body to function. To do this, it builds many small circuitries in the whole body, which influence each other and build one large circuitry. Even the smallest disruption of single points can lead to consequences across the whole body. The hormone system controls and monitors the complete balance of the body – from the finest sensory perception, on to digestion and the rough excretion of food residues. It uses the “administrative assistance” of blood- and lymph-flow, which it uses as routes of transport, as well as various organs, which produce its hormones and ingredients, neutralize and break them down. Each ever so small change in the outer or inner area of the body immediately mobilizes the hormone system. By “change”, we mean measurable fluctuations of the inner and outer electro-magnetic fields.


It is a master system, which does not only control and permeate all organs and currents of the body, yet also all levels of the cosmos, which you crossed through on your path of incarnations. Its functioning is cosmic – infinitely complex and multi-layered and yet very simple: hundreds of substances of differing nature, character and ability emerge in numbers of billions in varying areas of the body. Their abilities are as manifold as life itself. They can sustain life, rescue and destroy it; dissolve torpor and cool overheating, prevent and generate palsy, induce separation and fusion. They can transmit messages and seal off certain areas, can amplify or dampen. They can identify opponents and exclude them, kill enemies and in all that, they generate – just like your affluent society – many side effects, waste and special refuse.

However, the fascinating is this: these thousands of substances are sent via your blood vessels, nerve cords and lymphatics and none of them knows, what its ability and task is and where its heading – exactly like you! Micro cosmos and macro cosmos: as above so below. Yet still, each of them reaches its destination where it is needed and does what it does best – exactly like you, indeed! How is that possible? Well, very simply by the fact that they themselves, their places of birth, their paths and destinations are equipped with differing receptors. These are spiritual codes, energetic ports, which allow or block passage of the hormones. Each of them has their own paths, open gates and rooms as well as denied access to such rooms, where it has nothing to do. And this is also the same in your life, isn’t it?


The highest sender, the general – the pituitary gland – sends its messengers and soldiers to some extend directly into the body, partly into the subordinate thyroid and thymus, which in their part control and supply their subordinate areas. The control of this supply is taken first and foremost by the pituitary gland itself. It tests via the feedback of measuring blood the outcome of its sent specifications and influences. Depending on the finding, the general adjusts the calculation, by lessening, increasing or turning off the input. If required, it sends out special hormones to the responsible glands, in order for them to become more active or passive or to operate in a changed way.

In this way, the body-state is kept in a normal situation by these permanently influencing and controlling processes, which mirrors the Zeitgeist in the respective country. All operational circuitries and organ activities are controlled by the hormone system, its leader and its hierarchy. Indeed, it is a master system of the ONE in the body of the TWO – in which reign supply and control, freedom and force, peace and war, harmony and turmoil.


Negative and positive feelings and thoughts originate on the one hand from the activity of your organs, from the balance or imbalance within them as well as from the hormone system. Negative and positive feelings and thoughts on the other hand have a close relationship with the hormone system, as they bring it up to full speeds. Negative and positive feelings and thoughts lead to dark or light experiences. If you think and feel negatively, your organs magnetise and negative hormones are discharged – so-called stress-, fear- and flight-hormones like adrenaline and cortisone, “earthly fire-hormones”, which dissolve the magnetic field. They arise from the lower part of your body, among other things from the adrenal glands, which are generally controlled by descending forces. Thus sustained negative thinking and feeling makes you automatically sick, old, and pale.

If you think and feel positive, your organs electrify themselves and positive hormones are discharged – co-called “happy”-hormones, melatonine. These are “cosmic fire-hormones”, which lift your physical-electric field into a cosmic-electric field. They are produced in the upper part of your body, amongst others in the cortex of the brain, where in general the ascending forces reign. Thus when you think and feel positively, you automatically get healthy and young and you don’t need tanning studios any more, as a golden tan follows fluently.

It is the same way with your so-called learning helpers: If you think and feel negatively, you body-field contracts, magnetizes and attracts dark helpers, as you are in resonance with them. These can be both – grey angels and demons, as well as biting dogs and stinging insects or human opponents and enemies, accidents or strokes of fate.

If you think and feel positively, your life-field expands, electrifies and automatically attracts light helpers, as you are in resonance with them. These can be light angels or spiritual masters, animals and plants, loving human encounters, constructive events of fate or sudden shifts of your life to the positive. As all of this is also vast and electric.

It is a question of resonance, dear ones. In the communication between you and the world, YOU are the highest transmitters – if you believe it or not! You are not creatures and victims, yet creators and predators. No you must react to the conditions of the cosmos and the world, yet these are reacting to you – to your decisions concerning feelings and thoughts, to your emanation. Breathe this sentence deeply!!!

This is the law, you made yourselves, and with which you guarantee your safety and progression on earth: What you have within, you also emanate – and receive therefore the same. What you don’t have within, you cannot emanate and therefore you cannot receive or attract it either:



Next to these organ-and-feeling-regulating functions, the hormone system also regulates the 7-year cycles of your bodily life, as we described in lesson 14. Your physical changes have their basis in the shifts of the hormone system. Every seven years your body and its orientation, intent and ability change. Every seven years your hormone system adjusts your body for new tasks and areas of life. It determines your life-phases and regulates the passage from one into the other.

It does that in a way, which meets the requirements of the general life-phases and the special life-plan. The general life-phases include the sexual immaturity of the child during the first two 7-year cycles, the awakening of the sex drive during the third 7-year cycle (puberty) and the decline of it during the sixth 7-year cycle, as well the reversal of outwardly directed life force, which strives inwardly with the seventh and eighth 7-year cycle (andropause and menopause). The special life-plan includes the activation of specific karma-grace-aspects, the preparation of fateful encounters on the outside or shifts in the body, sudden illness, anomalies or even spontaneous healing – the activation of intents, you formed prior to incarnating, at certain points in time.

All of these life-motions are results of a dear connection between your hormone system and the cosmos, which directly affect the body. The transition of all phases are often accompanied by hefty changes in hormones and feelings – many of you go to the doctors and have them inject you with even more hormones, instead to simply – and truly – BREATHE.


As outside so inside: If the cosmic environment changes, your body is directly affected. The hormone system is the transmitter of all planetary constellations, information’s and energies, which you know from astrology. The spiritual will and the order of the cosmos guides your life from – seemingly – far away outside.

As inside so outside: Whatever shifts deeply within you, in the bodily and sub-conscious areas, must be expressed also on the outside - perceived in full consciousness, accepted and celebrated. This leads us to the rites of passage, which also concern your hormone system. The early civilisations and today’s primitive cultures tend to the initiations of the young people. In the crucial time at the beginning of the third 7-year cycle the initiations pull the sub-conscious inner forces (fear, insecurity, lack of orientation, mischief, defiance) onto the surface and release them. These rites are important aids for the perception and unification of yourselves. They allow changes, which the hormone system performs at the hormonal–organic areas to also become changes on the outside with a conscious orientation toward the new and maturity.

Are these rites omitted as in modern society, you will not get conscious about these inner connections, nor is it possible that the cosmic influence of your life-plan can flow freely in and through your body – and also not through you into the outside world. Yet this is precisely the designated path. Subconsciously you say NO to life. You are alienated from yourselves. Something happens with you, deep inside and far outside – and you don’t know what it is and who you are. Thus emerges the dependency from others – from doctors and the so-called health industry, from the media and leisure industry, from churches and security-molochs of your society. This is how powerlessness within you and power on the outside arise – and yet it should be the other way round.

Every seven years there is a process in your body of alienation and unification: every seven years your old life dies, your body, your cellular structure, is build anew. Every seven years you have to face new facts, which you must understand and realize. The highest transmitter, your divine spirit, takes care of the alienation. We described this in lesson 14 as a periodical uprooting of your bodily life through the flash of spirit. Well, you yourselves have to take care of the unification, as you have a free will, your thinking and feeling – and our help for awareness and fulfilment.

Every phenomenon of your society can be viewed and solved from the perspective of your hormone system and life-plan alone. Here lies the central reason of the often life threatening tests of courage of your children, who deeply seek and need this challenge. Their hormone system, their life-plan drives them. Similarly, these are the primal reasons for the excessive aggression and cold heartedness of your child-gangs, expressing itself in such destructive or self-destructive ways. Their large inner light forces were not allowed to be expressed in your controlled, narrow-gauged society and so they break open one day by themselves, when enough is enough on their inner imbalance. Many illnesses of your society can be healed alone by the awareness and implementation of this issue of INNER LIGHT and INNER DARK.

Alienation and unification – every seven years your old life dies and births itself anew and you are not even conscious of it. Let’s compare: a seventy-year-old man in your so-called civilised society has alienated himself from himself ten times without comprehending himself. At the end of his life he is lonely and despaired. A seventy-year-old man form one of the primitive cultures has unified himself ten times. At the end of his life he is fulfilled and at peace. Look into his deep, clear eyes and in contrast look at the watery gaze of a degenerated western doter. Helplessness and disorientation during old age, bodily decay and illness are the outcome of the ignorance of your own body – and those dimensions with which it communicates. Who doesn’t know his own body cannot use it as a radiant tool of spirit, yet can at best bear it as a tolerated or fond burden.

Each small change in your outer or inner area immediately mobilizes your controlling and bullying hormone apparatus. Here you find one of the secrets of mankind. The sought after force of eternal rejuvenation, the mystery of the fountain of youth, lies hidden within your hormone system as well as the attainment of eternal wisdom. Yet there are further levels of this master system of your life.


The glands are the potentates in the system. They control, direct and inform. They only recognize sections of the whole, yet have to act for the whole. Therefore, they, too, are controlled, directed and informed. They are the higher levels of management, who receive their standards from the government (pituitary gland) and reign over the people (body). Even the oath of office of your governments – “so help me God” – is associated with a charming analogy to the pituitary gland, which receives its impulses from the divine spirit. The glands (civil servants) have to adjust their performance to the requirements of the organism (people). They further its growth and have to grow with it, change by its demands. When the glands (civil servants) get adipose or fired (resorbed), originates this from the thinking and feeling of the people (body) and also has a consequence for the health of the people (body). They produce second messengers: standards, edicts, rules, laws, application forms as well as carers and helpers, police and soldiers, who are send to the hot spots of the people. In its lower form your glandular system attaches you to the undelivered humanity of earth and in its higher form it connects you with the highly developed humanity of the planet Mercury. You can decide which of the two forms you want to live.

Your hormone system is an intrinsic empire within your human body, which performed its service for a long time in its dark and lower form. Its tenor equalled disaster control. It controlled the body without making an appearance itself. The glands are the operational centres and execution organs; in their totality you could compare them with your societal institutions of administration, control- and penal systems, the secret police and military. The glands form the micro cosmos of the health care, welfare, judiciaries and military inside the human body. They were permanently concerned with fending off spiritual, energetic and bodily attacks. For this, they built up a considerable army of spy’s, messengers, soldiers and combat units. Yet the shift of the earthly magnetic field since the beginning of the light body process changes also this master system.





The main task of your hormone system during the Piscean Age was the continuous adjustment of your body onto the descending path – with regard to the changing stresses and strains of life as well as the maintenance of your body under extreme thought-and feeling-conditions, which were a part of your last step of descend into darkness, part of your daily, oppressed and flaying life. If you recall the Taurian-, Aryan- and Piscean Age of your Atlantean winter, which we described in lesson 4, you realize the fathomless depth of your INNER DARK and the likewise great height of your INNER LIGHT. Between these two extremes your hormone system acted, rescued your life and pushed you forward, to destroy the lives of others, indeed.

Day by day your organs and operational circuits were in danger of torpor through stress, fear and shock situations from the outside, yet also through your own malice and fear. Only one single organ in torpor would have brought death to your body within a few seconds. Remember DEATH as we introduced him to you in lesson 16. He, too, resolved your magnetic life-rooms always with one spiritual-electric bolt. Your hormone system does exactly the same if even in a not immediately deadly dosage. Your bodies were kept alive and functioning by massive hormone discharge. Each shock was followed by a shock releasing hormone, each stress by a stress releasing one, each fear by a fear releasing and each hatred by a hatred releasing hormone. The 6000 years of your spiritual winter were the heyday and time of takeover by your hormone system, indeed. And as you recall, you developed this master system just in the nick of time at the beginning of this cold cosmic season.

Thus your hormone system rescued your bodies through the dark centuries and kept them alive. Nonetheless these rescue actions had consequences. The discharged saviours had to be disarmed immediately after the rescue, as they were just as aggressive in their fiery-resolving force as shock, fear, hatred and stress themselves. Thus the saviours and the rescued turned immediately into acids, poisons, waste and cell debris, which could not leave the body as quickly as new rescue actions followed, as not even five minutes later you would send the next curse into the world. Indeed, you went through dark times, through times where genius and madness danced closely entwined.

The hormone system rescued your bodies, ruled and dictated your feelings and didn’t release you by itself from its unseen power. Thus you were bound to the lower life and spent the first level of your evolutionary dawning of consciousness – as a body-human. And this is how it is to this day, as long as you lack spiritual stability, thought discipline and emotionless feeling. The bodies own balance happens between your thoughts and organs – in terms of separation and exclusion.


In your hormone system you find the cosmic wheel of destiny, the karma-grace-cycle of death and reincarnation. As long as your bodies still produce one single compensating (organ rescuing) hormone, as your thoughts and feelings are separating and forcing – middle aged – they will die and you will return, build new bodies and carry on your perfection.

In your hormone system you find the planning and guidance of your earthly life by your very own intentions and your planning, as we already discussed. In every new life, your soul decides to clear old imbalances, redeem old debts, complete abandoned self-projects, continue old neglected projects of development, obtain new powers and abilities.

You worked out your life-plan together with the angels of destiny and you inserted it into the electro-magnetic parameters of your physique and into the master plans of your spiritual-energetic conditions (see lesson 14, chapters 1 and 2). This includes your parents and home country, encounters and coincidences. The angels of destiny – as spiritual custodians of your creative plans and conduct of life – regulate and control the path of the soul and the entry of the aspects of fate.

The life master plan corresponds to the electro-magnetic conditions of your country and time, the Zeitgeist. The highest transmitter of the cosmos – your divine spirit – is sending, the highest transmitter of the body – the pituitary gland – receives and transfers onto the glands. The subordinate glands find their counterparts in your embodied companions: parents, teachers, priests and doctors – in those, who influence your flexible soul and your shape-able bodily growth, as well as in the spiritual companions of the dark and light. The sent out second messengers find their counterparts in the encounters of your life: people, events, fateful occurrences, so-called coincidences. The hormones and acids are the answers of your soul to the outer aspects, their battlesome or peaceful reactions.

Negative feedback: Your divine spirit sends messengers (angels and spiritual companions), who scan the results of your life-phases and beam back corresponding information’s, just like the second messengers inside your bloodstream. The spiritual messengers report to the divine spirit how its human is doing in order for it to intervene in case of need: the feedback of the second messengers of the bloodstream report to the pituitary gland, how its body is doing in order for it to intervene in case of need. The result, which is sent to the higher spirit, corresponds to your developmental stage, which is then compared to the life-plan intention. Is the imbalance to much, the spiritual input is changed by either sending light beings (levitating acids and happy hormones) into its path in order to obtain a gentle yet powerful encouragement, or demons (gravitating acids and stress hormones) in order to set a fire under the bottom of the human – so it gets going.

Practically this means that your own divine spirit sends angels and spiritual masters (secondary messengers and hormones) to your parents, teachers and doctors (the subordinate glands), so they act more passive or active, more peaceful or battlesome, gentler or more aggressive toward you. Indeed, even the whole “crew” of your earthly companions and fellow humans is bound into the net of your life-plan and life-control – thus into your hormone system, too. Nothing happens by happenstance.

And of course, this all dimension crossing hierarchy acts for your well-being and your change. The angels of the control centre (Kindel-angels – section for karma and Akasha) vary, depending on the result, open periods of destiny during which you could begin something entirely new, as the old was completed and fulfilled, or closed periods of destiny, during which you were placed inescapable in front of the same problem until you solved it. Thus they balanced your self-chosen karma-game (the hormonal feedback) and protected the path of your soul within a body – the path of your body into the darkness of the centuries.


The task of your hormone system during the Aquarius Age corresponds to the second level of your development of consciousness, as you recognize yourselves as Spirit-Human, Christ-Human or Crystal-Human and reveal yourselves as such, too. It lies in the mergence of your physical and spiritual body, which will lead to the mergence of your being with the earth- and human-body. In your spiritual identity your bodies are already connected again with the bodies of all humans and beings. They are all part of you and you of them. Their pain and sorrow is yours and yours are also theirs.

The time of separation and splitting is over. The time of reunification and mergence is dawning. The cosmic spirit of the Aquarius Age connects the poles of LIGHT and DARK inside your cellular structure and the hormone system begins to integrate shock-, pain, aggression-, fear-, hatred and guilt-energies. With this, all separating and deadening functions of the glands become obsolete. They are converted into life creating functions – a new operating system, which installs itself, if you just let it. All side effects and waste fall away as well as the death of any cells through exhaustion.

This (from far away) outwardly controlled shift of your hormone system has strong, forces-reversing effects within you. It happens by itself through the cosmic radiation during the light body process of the earth, in the years between 1987 and 2012. Many people experience temporarily hormonal reactions of shift-over, emotional fluctuations, congestions and seeming symptoms of illness – and medical interventions, which do not reflect the needs at all. And so the emergency task forces, the crisis squads and fatuous civil servants of the glands turn into light personalities, which act now from a peaceful attitude and equanimity – even if this brings temporary healing crises. The aggressive rescue current of fear-and stress-hormones becomes the divine breath of serenity.

This awakening brings a demand and advancement. The demand is: take loving care of yourself and others – with your body, your feelings and thoughts. The advancement is: You will be cared for lovingly and lifted through the unconditionally loving thoughts of your divine spirit and of all beings, which evolutionary stand above you – yet nonetheless serve you.


At this turn of time you first of all pulled the creative and energetic light into your bodies. The opening and stabilizing of your bodies happened and happens through the light of the first two ages. Your spiritual powers of purification, bundling and expansion, the discipline and the peace of your thoughts as well as gentleness and serenity of your feelings followed and follow progressively. In time, your bodies became independent from environmental impacts and aggression and can on their part take a healing and balancing effect onto environment and attackers. And exactly these are coming.

As LIGHT is only one half of the whole. Dark, the darkest abysses of your world, is also a part of yourselves. After receiving the crystal-and crystal-age light inside of your cellular structure you are now indeed strong enough to receive the crystal- and crystal –age dark. And exactly because your light has grown so much are you automatically attracting the dark. This happens automatically – anyway. Yet you should know this and want it (and affirm it) in order to not again give your old, lower hormone system cause for greater defence battles in your body. It could well be that you would not survive this under these polarised circumstances. Indeed, now only this is essential:

Receive in deep breathing consciously the light of spirit and allow it to flow through your bodies.
Do it with your loving will and willing love.
Receive in deep breathing consciously the dark of spirit and allow it to flow through your bodies.
Do it with your loving will and willing love.

If you integrate this for a while – daily every two hours for three minutes – you will create and experience huge changes in your body and life.

In its physical origin your heart consists of two chamber-like enlargements of the dark cava and the light aorta. They connected during the time of embryonic growth and became – in a dancing, spinning motion around itself(!) – one chamber, a room, which was shared by the light, ascending, and the dark, descending, being. This matched exactly the dance of your Crystal- into the Lime Age, as the creative light and the creative dark swirled with each other and found themselves after the climax of this life-dance in one single body. You see, every time during your embryonic phase of you becoming a body, this 2 x 96.000 year old dance repeats itself inside of you. The cava and the aorta build at the end of the foetal development one chamber – one unit, which is separated with the first breath and cry into two.

Since then the fresh blood from the heart flows through six arteries, via your upper body into the arms and the head, into the lower body and the legs and supplies the cell tissue with nutrients and information’s of all dimensions. At the same time, the blood flow takes all debris and waste, which were and are created by the darkened life of your ages and your current life and passes them through the veins back to the heart. There, it enters the heart-lung-circulation, gets cleansed, cleared and refreshed and flows finally back into the heart as fresh blood and from there into the body.

In this way 350 litres of blood flow per hour through the arteries and veins of your body – per day this is a circulated quantity of 8000 litres of blood. Just imagine: Every day your right ventricle and bronchi draw 8000 litres of vein blood with all contamination, debris, waste, bacteria, emissions, poisons and acid residues, which are left by the constant battle and rescue actions of the hormone system in the body. Add the coarser waste from the lymphatic system. The right ventricle and the bronchi are formidable purification and refinement plants.

If you read the circulation, you will see: the vein- and lymphatic system equal the dark paths of humanity on earth. The contaminations in the blood are the experiences of fear and aggression, of hatred and guilt, of perfidy and shame and the resulting pain. The right ventricle is in this sense the house of a human, who sold his soul to the devil in order to deeply experience the darkness. It corresponds to the chamber of horror (see Harry Potter Vol. II “The Chamber Of Secrets”, which could also be called the chamber of the dark secrets or of the black magic arts – it corresponds to the right ventricle), the rooms and swamps of horror (A New Story Of Creation), a place of powerlessness and humiliation. In this chamber you meet the most hideous masks and beings of yourself. Yet, you should go to the places, you fear, as there, you also meet your own divinity.

The bronchi are the place of humility, where you disclose and let go of the dirt of earth, the dust of the world, the dark of the ages to receive absolution – just like that: without reason and justification, without apology and the demand for atonement. They are your temples of spiritual-energetic-bodily cleansing, an inter-dimensional confessional, if you will – and the priest is your divine self. At this confessional there will be no condition and no vow in order to sometime find the way into the light. It happens HERE and NOW – simply by your breathing. Your lung is the church of your holy spirit, the temple of your light. Here you hand over breath-by-breath the dark harvest of your last hours onto your divine self and receive in exchange fresh life force for the next hours - simply by breathing.


“Expiring” means to discharge the (lower) spirit from your body. “Inspiring” means to receive the (higher) spirit into your body. The current of your out-breath is the active connection of your dark body to the light spirit. The current of your in-breath is the vital connection of your light spirit to your dark body. Here the high spirit feeds you with its cosmic force: clarity and love. This cosmic force ensouls in your lung-church the body juice blood with the holy water of life.

The left ventricle is the place of the arrival and delivery of your higher spirit on earth. Here pours forth the cosmic consciousness into your arteries, which are the divine healing, nourishing and cleansing paths in the human body. In this consciousness breathe your earthly spirit out into the cosmos and the divine spirit into the body. Awaken to the immense wisdom and vastness of your bodies and realize that it deserves respect – as do you yourselves, who created it.


Another spiritual-bodily phenomenon is the autonomous conduction system of the heart. It lies as a ring-shaped cord around the opening of your upper cava, which leads into the atrium of the right ventricle and pumps 8000 litre of polluted blood into it. On this circular cord lie the AV-block and the sinu-atrial node.

In order to function, each muscle needs impulses, which it receives from the central nervous system. This is supplied by three components: 1. from the active, unique electro-magnetic energies of the DNA, 2. from the general electro-magnetic fields in the immediate vicinity, 3. from the current, personal electro-magnetic quality of ones own thinking. The sub-conscious and conscious muscle function of your body depends therefore on: 1. your unique spiritual personality and its intention for this incarnation (spiritual will), 2. the quality of the immediate vicinity and the outer influences (fate), 3. the thoughts and feelings of your ego, its will and its decisions. Your whole life-plan and all pre-formed moments of fate, which we talked about in the chapter hormone system and in lesson 14, flow constantly in electro-magnetic qualities and impulses through your bodies and create your physical life – every day anew – in the great fluctuations of the human life, like ebbing and flooding, for ever coming and going, indeed!


It is not so with your heart muscle, which performs the most powerful, huge work of all. It receives its impulses from the sinu-atrial node, which is composed of a special cellular tissue – it creates electric impulses of great power out of ITSELF. This power source is independent from the electro-magnetism of your incarnation, environment and thoughts. This power source IS your divine self and it creates highest spiritual electricity in the human heart – cosmic energy, divine light-force. This spiritual electricity is your pulse generator and life-rhythm, the will of your own higher spirit in your physical heart. Its words “I AM!” are manifested here in the physical with every beat of your heart.

The sinu-atrial node is independent from the earthly environment – this is shown in its functioning. It is primarily independent from your human (negative or positive) thinking – this is shown by its independence from the nervous- and hormone system. It is of spiritual nature – its specific, non-measurable electricity, which is nowhere else in the body, shows this: its continuity and inexhaustibility, just like a perpetual motion machine.

Yet still you have your free will on earth, which enables you to take your own – godless -
decisions and make – horrid – experiences.

We just said that this highly spiritual current is primarily independent from your thinking – merely primary – shown by its position. It sits exactly where the bacteria, debris, waste, acids and poisons (materialisations of your negative thinking and feeling), transported by the venous blood, flow into the right ventricle. The dark, narrow and magnetic results of your ego-spirit flow all through this light, vast and highly electric gate of your divine spirit. And of course this is not without repercussions for this light gate itself. Secondarily it is dependant upon your homemade feeling-magnetism: the more you worry, fear, refuse and cling on to what wants to flow, the more your rescuing hormone system works and creates oodles of side effects and special refuse in your body. The more of this waste and poison has to pass through the light gate, the weaker the sinu-atrial node becomes and your heart-light fades away one day – extinguished through the same powerful force of SELF-hatred and of SELF-refusal, which manifests itself in the devils point of the pancreas.


The spiritual circular cord of your autonomous heart-nervous-system with the two nodes is the gate to heaven inside your heart. In the truest sense of the words you get into your bodily life through this gate – and you leave it by the same path. The gate into heaven from your childish believes, onto which you must knock after you died and disclose information regarding your sins and insights before it is opened, is identical with this one. And indeed, this gate appears in all of your fairytales, myths and epics. It is the spiritual gate inside your physical hearts. Breathe deeply and allow you to feel this.

Back to the venous blood stream. Bodily these poisons and acids are inactive when they reach the right ventricle, yet their spirit is by no means changed. Therefore the emitting spirit of the ego waste in the blood flow imparts the incoming spirit of the divine heart frequency. If you believe it or not: At this gate in your heart all the details of your feeling- and hormone-battles are scanned and transferred onto your over-soul and spirit-room for documentation and the consideration of consequences. Not in some church and not in front of some priest are you standing in front of gods face, yet in your own heart – and indeed, you cannot hide.

God itself – in case you still want to draw on this “old man” – hears every little detail of your human thinking and feeling, as the spirit of the adrenalines matches the spirit of fear and distrust. The spirit of the cortisones matches the spirit of aggression and restraint. All of them vibrate extremely low, thus the waste-spirit results – by continuing release and disposal – in an unnatural increase of the heart frequency to the point of heart attack.

Well, and then the Gods in white bring in a pacemaker and put its electric pulse generator exactly through this gate. Indeed you can keep your heart, your divine self on earth, alive for a while. Well, there is nothing to be said against it. Yet use this given time to bring the true life and self-love into your hearts and bodies once again. By your decision it happens.
