The Cross

Two Live-Branches

Once again for remembering: the cross of your lives and bodies symbolizes the two paths of duality, which run between DARK and LIGHT.

The horizontal limb runs between the Outer Light (OL) and the Outer Dark (OD). It is the path between the two extremes, which forces you to move forward. On this path reigns constant motion between these two poles, which attract and repel each other – and with that: you! They entice and send you away, pull and push you, make promises and don’t keep them, take and let you go. This is the restless and unresting life-path of spirit in the body. It meanders amongst humankind – back and forth, back and forth, back and forth – through many lives and spans of life. A path without slow-down and lingering, becoming faster and faster toward the end – finally reaching break down, powerlessness and reversal.

The same happens on the vertical limb. It is the path between two inner extremes, which forces you to move forward, keeping you on your toes and your evolution running – in a constant motion between your Creative Light (CL) and your Creative Dark (CD), between birth and death, spirit and body, cosmos and earth, between eternity and fleetingness, cradle and tomb, infinite joy and limitless pain. This path too runs without halt without rest or stop, - up and down, up and down, up and down – for eons.

The restlessness in the centre

Your human life is the restlessness of time between the horizontal Dark and Light. Just like your mechanical clocks function through the balance spring, your autonomous heart-nervous system does the same through the restlessness of your spirit between the vertical Dark and Light.

Your heart lies in the centre, exactly where the restlessness of your earthly life from the horizontal branch and the turbulence of the soul- and spirit-life from the vertical branch cross. There lies the Christ-Point, the light and dark of the first branching during the 1.Crystal Age (see also less. 18). At this point of the crossing “balance springs” also flows the undifferentiated light from ONE BEING into you (see less. 5).

With all your heart you can move into all possible directions, make false steps, be thrown about, further and further away as you can imagine – for many lifetimes. You are always coming back into yourself – into your centre, this you set it up this way spiritual-physically. You were able to create and reach all light and dark rooms, all zones of grey and shadow worlds, create further rooms within them or simply drift within them – you will always return to your centre if you want this or not. And at this time of great shifts ALL OF YOU are already on the final path to your centre.

The small difference

Between the motions on these two life-branches there is a small yet significant difference. Your life-motions on the horizontal limb press the poles apart. The span and bandwidth of your human light and dark became ever greater and wider. Your poles of light and dark moved further and further away from each other, your life-splits between them became greater and greater and you could les and less distinguish between light and dark, especially as they constantly swapped roles.

The motions of your life on the vertical limb pulled the poles together. What seemed once infinitely far away from you, moved closer to you with each motion you made on the vertical limb: the Creative Light flows to you and so does the Creative Dark – the eternal life and the true death, the beaming light and the glowing dark of the 1. Crystal Age. Here too is it hard for you to distinguish between the two poles as they too constantly swap roles.

Outer Dark and Light retreated from you and Creative Dark and Light followed you. Both created – and still do – POWERLESSNESS within you. And here too is a small difference: The horizontal powerlessness dismissed you from the limited room of the earthly life, lets go of you. The vertical powerlessness receives you into the limitless room of the cosmic life.

The plan

You established this motion-matrix in your life-cross in order to create a maximum of new worlds outside of your spiritual reality. Through the retreat and the expansion of the horizontal poles you were able to create an expansive, diverse universe, which is both: bio-physical and –psychological as well as geo-physical and –psychological. (We will explain this in more detail in the lessons of 2008).

Through the pulling together of the vertical poles you could never get lost, as you always returned home: during the Dust Age by death as an interim solution and at the beginning of the 2. Crystal Age through life as the final solution.

At the same time, in your vertical life-motions between death and birth, you slowly but surely pulled the spirit of the cosmos and of earth to you – into your breathing heart and embodied life.

And this is indeed the very impossibility you made possible – not only for yourselves, who you understand yourselves as humankind on earth, yet for all of us. And truly you are the ones, who (as your ego might say) carried out all the dirty work for this brilliant project. Yes, this is true – you did this with limitless self-sacrifice, creative force and devotion.
When will you grasp, why we love and honour you infinitely???!!!

However, the plan is now fulfilled, the goal is reached and with that the time of the life-cross of your Dust Age is over. The time of retreat of the outer poles has come to an end – the time of expansive separation and limited communication. Now, the outer poles are coming to you also and it is your choice to carry on discussing and fighting with them or to simply bring them into your crystalline heart and into a powerful spin. We’ll get to that later.

Outer Dark And Outer Light (ODL)
The Dark and Light of the Others

You created it together

In Lesson 18 and 19 we observed your own dark-light rooms of the three ages: CDL, EDL and IDL. Let’s look now at the field of the others. Outer Dark and Light reigns all around you, in your town, your neighbourhood, in your family and relationship – and yet it has nothing to do with you whatsoever. We could also call the Outer Dark and Light The World. You co-created the world and for many lives it was the field of your paths and encounters, decisions and experiences – your maturity.

Centuries, millennia and whole ages you contributed and participated in the creation of this world, fought in it, protested and appealed, collected signatures, plotted wars and resistance. You have chosen in the world, ranted and taken the wheel… and …. and… and.

You co-created the world, contributed and densified, and knitted an ever-tighter mesh. In time, you closed off each and every one of the loopholes of the soul with the need for security of your ego. You opened and laid bare all of the private and intimate spheres of your soul, marketed, explained and picturized them. You laid the crystalline uniqueness of your spirit into music, paintings and epics. You managed to bring all of your inner, diverse facets of your soul into a system of physical sameness, honed them, and made them controllable and automated.

You assigned good and bad intentions to each human thought; each feeling was either good or bad. Each decision and action was placed under the measure of control, judgement and punishment, you created a huge control- and enforcement-moloch, which is an Outer Light for many people and yet an Outer Dark for others. However, an inextricable enmeshment between the Outer and the Astral Dark-Light has grown – and there are no objections against it!
All this lies behind you and is changing. ODL fulfils no immediate function any more for you. It gives nothing to you anymore, does not help you to move on – and does not need you anymore.

The Dark and Light of the others

Outer Dark and Outer Light are the totality of the dark-light of the others. It is the personalized Creative, Energetic and Inner Dark and Light of each human, who is not YOU – of all people apart from you. ODL is their mental, emotional and physical dark and light as well as their personal Astral Dark-Light. Any personal dark and light, which we discussed in lessons 18 & 19 are also held by the others and has nothing to do with you. It is the dark and light of their ages, their descend, their source and their goal.

The others, these are all humans apart from you: your parents and siblings, your grand parents, children and grand children, your cousins, nephews, nieces, uncles and aunts, your patients and therapists, your colleagues, bosses and co-workers, the politicians and doctors, the underground driver, friends, neighbours, enemies, anchor people – all humans, who share this earth with you right now.

Their personal Creative, Energetic and Inner Dark
is your Outer Dark.

Their personal Creative, Energetic and Inner Light
is your Outer Light.

To your Outer Dark belong your beloved children, when they face problems, are sick, rebellious or criminals and you worry about them as well as those unloved politicians and TV-Stars, the murderers and warmongers in your society. To your Outer Dark belong all people, who hate you, disregard you, put you in danger and those, who you hate, disregard and put in danger. To the OD belong all those humans, who (by your perception) do only bad, stupid or wrong things, are sick or keep you in worry about them.

To your Outer Light belong your beloved children when they are not in a phase of problems and you don’t have to worry about them. To your Outer dark belong all your beloved sport- and singing clubs, cracker barrel- and card game evenings, your favourite Internet sites and your friends, who seemingly tick the same way as you. To your Outer Dark belong all people, who love, respect and protect you and those, who you love, respect and protect; those ones, who by your perception don’t do anything bad, stupid or wrong – all people, who are healthy and don’t keep you in constant worry about them.

In lesson 6, we talked about the cross of life, about communication and the currents inside the cross. Your CDL, EDL and IDL lie on the vertical limb of your own life-cross. The CDL, EDL and IDL of any other human lie on the horizontal limb of your cross. Their Creative, Energetic and Inner Dark and Light are your ODL. Initially, there is no connection – you cannot reach them. We could also say: “Your ODL is none of your business.” Your ODL is even dangerous as during this time shift it does nothing else as pulling you out of your centre, as we will see when we talk about your mass consciousness, especially your orthodox medicine. (Less. 5, 6, 7, 15 and 22).

You cannot reach the others. This is true for those, who are emotionally and spatial far away from you as well as for those, who are closely connected to you.

Lets look at parents and children: The fear of your child of … (whatever) is your Outer Dark. You cannot free the child from it; it chose this dark energy form at a certain time and for a special intention. The fear of your child is an expression of a communication on its vertical life-axis. Its soul speaks with its CDL, EDL and IDL. They have a common project and carry it out. Genetically, energetically and spiritually, you don’t have access to the Dark-Light of your child, regardless which expression it assumes. The same is true for the quirks and affairs of your partner, for the illnesses of your friends, for the libidinous offenders, politicians and managers, doctors and priests.

Whatever lies on the vertical life-branch of the others, lies on your horizontal branch and vice versa. In a horizontal communication you have no influence onto the Dark-Light of the others, yet it influences you. It pulls you out of your centre, away from your life axis, out of your vertical current between heaven and earth. This happens all the time in your family-living when you are overly involved in what the others do, tell them what to do and direct them this way or another, want to form and educate them. Whenever you tell another what to do and how to do it, you get pulled out of your centre. The dark and light of the other pulls you out of your centre. You yourself jump out of your centre, because you think you must intervene. You are permanently out of yourselves – literally.

Yet, if you are honest with yourself, you know that the reasons for regimenting others are simply the sedation of your own fears and impatience as well as the satisfaction of your own wishes and needs to control, of your own rage and thirst for revenge, for which you don’t want to take responsibility. You sense that this is a repetition of patterns from your lineage or exactly the opposite – an anti-projection. You feel that it isn’t really you, who is acting. And indeed, it is not you yet a demonic being, which is leading your ego - an alien, often inherited consciousness.

Out of your centre you are unable to recognize what is happening at the moment with the other, nor accept or let go of it. You are also unable to recognize what the other is telling you about yourself, don’t acknowledge your mirror image, which you could see in him. You cannot grasp the demand and aid of this encounter and neither can you fulfil it. Out of your centre you are neither wise nor loving, neither compassionate nor grateful, neither strong nor powerful. Out of your centre you don’t radiate something, which could help the other to return into his centre.

In such moments as you are pulled out of your life axis, your bodies age rapidly and draw alien forms of consciousness to you. Your hormone system is highly active and besieges the organism with hormones and acids – simply because your loving soul and high spirit are not at home, because you have catapulted them out of the transformational current of your life-axis. By now, you have spent whole ages in this way of not-being-at-home, lived whole spans of life on the horizontal axis, looked exclusively after the others or fought and pursued them. And this was totally ok.

No horizontal communication

Everything you tell them, does not reach them. They have their own Creative Dark-Light, their own Energetic and Inner Dark-Light, their own patterns and structures, their own perception and orientation. They have their own origin and intentions for this incarnation, their own life-path – completely different from yours.

You cannot know – following your own evolution, breathing within your light-dark current – what is in line for the other. You cannot know. You have to be very open and honest with yourself in order to accept this and to leave them all be as they are.

Indeed, you love the others, want to advice them in tricky situations, believe to know what is missing because “you yourself have already been through the same”, as you believe. You see that something is going wrong with another, that they have their eyes fixed on the sky running straight into an abyss, that they are about to fall from a positive, light life-situation into a negative, dark one. They do something and you smell danger and say: “ hey, don’t do that!” Yet do you really know what it is all about for another? No, really, you don’t know!

You don’t know what is intended in their Creative Dark and Light, what is pre-shaped in their Energetic Dark and Light. You don’t know what is desperately seeking expression in their Inner Dark and Light. You don’t know why something pushes them someplace. You cannot know, as it is the basis of your common creative mystery that you cannot possibly know. Remember our New Story Of Creation: Since you have your own heart in your chest, you are completely one with yourself and completely separate from the others. Up to date this has not changed, but deepened. Only through this were you able to create a huge diversity in your world, because each of your creators were cooking their own soup on earth and couldn’t pass on the recipe. And so is your world the sum of the worlds of all others.

Of course you can dare to give unasked advice and interfere, you can demand from others that they behave the way, you deem the right one – this is the drama of the education of your children. Yet you will neither help them, nor assist them. You will not get to know them – nor yourself. You can, if asked, share your opinion, you can tell them what to do or not to do. Yet still, you cannot know if this is in accordance with the truth of the other.

The masters of drugs

Ohamah:

Lets chose a classical example of your Outer Dark and horizontal communication, namely your drug addicted kids, and we like to speak in their slang. Why do they toke in masses during this time? Because they are descended spiritual masters, who show you in this way how stoned you are yourselves and to help you shift this. This sounds hard – it is. Yet the principle is simple and the meaning of crystalline beauty: drugs are mind-altering. They help you to get out of your painfully slowed down, linear, inflexible, blinkered, fearful and controlling life-coma – for a few hours. They open horizons, broaden and expanding your perception, allow you to feel who you truly are. Wonderful pictures and spheres surround you, unearthly music flows through your cells, beings of the light and dark encounter you and you are able to feel bliss.

During the 70’s the Thatalogists have opened via drug experiments the borders to death and with that the beginning of the communication with this being was made possible. They are the pioneers of the lively encounter with death, the pioneers of your terminal care, which nowadays you carry out with so much joy and love.

That was what you were all searching for and at the same time fear, as you sensed this would pull you out of your old life. Well, it would simply bring you into your centre, into the axis of your life-current. Yet you cannot control it, so you better run from it and look elsewhere for your fortune. Your addiction only has a different face than theirs. Yours are addictions to work and sex, anorexia and binge eating, sport and pleasure, rejuvenation, shopping, clothes and make-up, winning, medication, security, alcohol and cigarettes, sweets, ownership, insurances, comparing and justice.

And of course for all of these forms of addictions, you have found legal industries, authorities and codes of ethics, which serve, satisfy and stone you – for some hours, just like the drugs of the others, with similar side effects, health ramifications or permanent damages like with drugs. Each inner search, which finds successfully on the vertical life-branch, becomes an addiction when it is directed outward onto the horizontal branch of life. This misguided search after YOUR SELF became an addiction to life and an escape from death. It narrowed your life and dying very much, your breath shortened and your heart turned hard.

And now the Indigo- and Starchildren are coming. We talked about them and their meaning for you in lesson 3. Your children are the masters of life and the masters of finding after a long search. They have inside what you are still searching for in the Outer Light of the world.

Their inner horizons are very wide; your outer horizons inflict pain upon them and make them powerless. Just like you, they are not aware of this, can therefore not fight against your old, constricting patterns of education and do the only thing, they can: they escape in unredeemed form into their inside and provoke a fight between them and you. Their inner scope is a spiritual consciousness, a divine intelligence, which has a clear intention and will not be stopped by you. It is their Creative Dark and Light, which pushes them forward and lets them take drugs – not for their sake but for yours.

With the aid of the drugs, they return into the very axis of themselves, you pulled them out of by your education. We could view the drugs as their multidimensional protection within a linear world, as an aid to return into themselves whenever the others have pulled them out of their axis.

From spirits point of view, master souls have built bodies, which have a deep resonance with your search for the meaning if life, with your addiction for reassurance with all forms of your legal every-day drugs. Their bodies take on the vibration of all your meanderings and lostness, all search and addiction. From that they suffer and within it, they act.

Their own body awareness is massively bound onto your bodies. They experience themselves one with your bodies in a way, which you will only be able to experience in a few years, once you let go of the remains of your inner separation. Your drug-addicted children came as spiritual healers and shifters of your pain. Their bodies are homeopathic instruments, which pull the syndrome of addiction toward them. They are, coming from the realms of the masters, devoted servants to your human life.

During their stoned phases, their own transformational current is highly active and conducts a lively double-communication: a vertical one between their Creative Dark and Light and a horizontal one between their Outer Dark and Light. And of course, their heart at the centre is the transformer of all substances, energies and dimensions. Well, this is exactly the moment in which the greatest power and devotion is flowing from them to you. And it is exactly the moment, which you experience as the vilest. It is the vileness of your ages, which they mirror on the outside, whilst they release it on the inside. This outer appearance has a reversed meaning on the inside: what seems to you like an abyss and darkness is highest devotion, might and crystalline light. They lead into the light what you keep imprisoned within your darkness – and give their bodily life, if it can’t be avoided.

Don’t worry about them. Don’t curse them, yet love and honour them and accept them just like they do you. With that you take many burdens from them, which are yours, but they would carry for you. Bring these into the light yourselves through your loving hearts.

There are many helpers during this shift of time, as your narrow horizons broaden, many spiritual masters, who chose to enter the drug scene after their incarnation as kids. You as their mother or father, sister or brother suffer from this and you believe you must intervene, help him or her. You can, yet not by the previous means. These means and remedies deem drug abuse bad, harmful to health and criminal. Hence, they prohibit, avoid and sanction the use of drugs and therefore choke any free flow of matter, energies, spiritual substances and light intelligences. The previous means want to protect, heal and prevent and achieve the direct opposite. Prohibiting, avoiding and sanctioning are just like protecting, healing and preventing, horizontal forces, which block the free effect and experience of the drugs, hence produce the need for repetition, reinforcing the use – and turn it into abuse. Two counter forces create one and the same outcome, which banishes and traps the youngster.

Thus your child is trapped in its body. The energies, active agents, substances and intelligences only flow from the pelvis to the cranium and back again. The active agent of the drugs becomes only deadly and dangerous with the effect of the outer influences: nothing can drain and shift, the body doesn’t get planetary and cosmic nourishment. Horizontal counselling, worry and pressure as well as a horizontal alignment of the concerned closes off the gates to heaven and earth. Then chemical substances and emotional-mental energies are the only influences for the body and turn into poison. This applies for the issue of drugs as well as for all syndromes of your modern society: especially for the borderline syndrome, multiple personality disorder and manic depression.

Dark and light swap their roles. Light masters descend and take on the roles of the darkness. Dark masters ascend and take roles in the light. You cannot know why this being, which you call my child came and which meaning the Outer Dark has, that it spreads. You don’t know its Creative Light, in which the meaning and wisdom of the drugs lies, nor its Creative Dark.

Not drugs kill, but thoughts. Don’t prevent the other from the use of drugs, yet from your thoughts. The long lasting, permanent worry about the child is a very secure, tight and grey prison, in which it can perish just like in the hands of a murderer.

If it is possible for the young person to flow freely between their own creative Light and Dark, they will not suffer, yet transform all outer influences from the horizontal worlds – the poison of the drugs just as well as the poison of your three-dimensional misery, because for this, they came after all. However, if they are constantly corrected by society, pulled out of their life-axis, deflected from themselves, separated and cut off, they will float within the horizontal room. Then, they will be without orientation, following their drive, will be lost and irrepressible, as they have left their own Creative, Energetic and Inner Dark and Light. Then, they stray inside the labyrinth of the dark and light of the others, through mirror cabinets and shadow zones of mass consciousness. Yet, they will not find anything there, which might aid them – just as little as you.

Practice 2

If this issue appeals to you, never mind if you are a drug user or a family member or just suffer from work- or insurance- addictions, you can use the meditations “Crystalline Raspberry Spirit” and the text under the link “Spiritual Journeying”. They will help you to return into your life-axis – without ifs and buts. Take down notes about the changes, you perceive inwardly and in your outer surroundings.

Vertical Communication is it

You came with the others – and for them. You came to help them. Your help is in aiding them in their own return to themselves. The greatest challenge for humans is this return to themselves, the activation of their vertical life-branch and the allowing of planetary and cosmic energy-influences onto their bodies. You can help them to realize and do this. Yet you can only do this if you have reached your own centre before and are stable within it. You can only be true helpers for the others if you stay inside the free flow of your vertical current and allow the others to be in the free flow of their vertical current – or again and again lead them there once they fall out of it. True helpers deeply accept the dark of the others – and know that it changes through that.

If you are in touch with people, who live the dark in unreleased form – and it does not matter if these are sick children or children’s murderers - you are asked to stay inside your own axis, to accept the dark of the other, and consciously and willingly feel with them. You can do this only to the degree you have accepted your own dark and by developing compassion and gratitude for yourselves. The others, the humans of the Outer Dark and Light, are the toughest touchstones upon your own path into the light.

Just assume that everywhere in the outer Dark and Light wisdom and love are reigning. However, you will only be able to access this once you have opened your own current of wisdom through deep self-love and self-acceptance. The Outer Dark, the worrying and detested fellow humans are just as unreachable for you as the Outer Light, your beloved fellow humans and sympathetic friends. The only way to reach the horizontal Outer Dark and Light of your fellow humans is your own vertical life-axis.

Practice 3

Three basic life principles

There are two basic principles in your duality. The first one is: “I am from this world. I can give and receive.” The second one is: “I am not from this world. I can neither give nor receive.” The basic principle of Oneness is: “ I am not from this world, yet I created it. I give and receive without doing as I am one with this world.”

“I am from this world.
I can give and receive.”

It’s an important attribute of your ascension that you did it as a community of spirit and soul. Alone by your path of incarnations up to birth you connected with many dimensions of spirit and soul before becoming human (see also less. 17). Whatever has merged in the realms of spirit and soul cannot be severed in the realm of the body even if separation was your creative matrix.

Thus you never got any further without the others during all your other spans of life- – and they not without you. You bound each other onto the other in fathomless relationships and entanglements, inheritance and oaths, in declarations of war and peace celebrations; during the ages, you built and sank whole civilisations, developed many forms of magic, death and healing and forgot it all. Each motion with the Outer Dark and Light pushed or blocked, enriched or impoverished, made you happy or destroyed you, healed or sickened you – your physical life and your Inner Dark and Light – and in each case added further facets to the crystal of your spirit.

Now, at the end of the old time, it is impossible for you to take one step alone without at least three people being affronted by it, two more are being pulled after you and five are confused and seven more will be convinced – you are now loosing your mind. Each inner stirring out of your centre causes outer commotion, displeasure and battles – and provides lawyers and doctors, courts and surveyors with new work. You are closely connected with each other, that has not changed and will not change either. The Outer Dark and Light don’t release you out of its heart and hands, arms and grips.

“I am not from this world.
I can neither give nor receive.”

Between the end of the old and the beginning of the new time lies the turning of time. During this interim, the second basic principle gets important.

The graphic shows inside the branches of the cross the short sentence: “ I AM THE WORLD”. At the centre is the heart - and there happens the shift of energies and directions. Before you can merge your membership of the horizontal with the vertical world it is necessary to perform a complete exit. It is necessary not to be a member of any world for a time in order to collect yourself, to clear, balance and find yourself. This corresponds to the night inside the rock tomb after crucifixion and before resurrection.

Before you perform this exit from the descend and the entrance into the ascend, you will decide the change. You become aware of your huge gifts, which the old horizontal world gave to you: the others. You will embrace what the Outer Dark and Light of the world gave. You will let go of that, which you wanted to give to the old world yet. Deep acceptance changes your organism drastically (see less.5 The Light-Body Process). Letting go from the heart changes your organism a second time drastically (see less. 21 The Crystal-Body-Process).

Outer Light and Outer Dark have constantly changed their roles: what started out as love, turned to hatred and finally to love again. Birth led to death and death to birth again. Light always alternated with darkness. A good example for studying this tilting from love and joy into fear and control is the line of relationships and your family. What for the world is going to remain at the end? What will persist? What is deeply true and indestructible? What lives on if you let go of EVERYTHING?

Well, what other than YOU YOURSELF?

Outer Dark and Light in their bewildering dance gave you YOURSELF: the retreat into yourself, the Oneness with everything inside yourself, deep understanding and loving acceptance of the others, unconditional compassion and gratitude, clarity and the ability to discern; serenity and being non-judgemental, inner strength, self-love and independence. The world gave you the basics of your Christ-Being, your crystalline consciousness with which you can built your crystal-body. Yet not the world will release you, you must release it – totally – if even for a short time.

I give and receive without doing as I am one with this world.”

To be there for the others is like walking on a tightrope. It can only be successful if you are stable within your vertical life-current and view the world from there. You take off their burdens without burdening yourself. You affect them without interfering in their life. You help them to make decisions without influencing their will. You are above them without thinking of yourself as something better than them.

From your higher perspective you simply have a better overview and don’t only see what is happening right in front of your physical nose, yet also the story behind it. Your gaze is soft and wide, your perception clear and sharp. Your voice is quiet and yet is clearly heard. Your words are few and awaken the stories of their ages. You do NOTHING and cause EVERYTHING.

We will speak about the Christ-Being – or crystal human – in the lessons 21 and 22. Before that we will look at your dark energies and shadow forces – and lift the hidden and buried treasures, which are found here.

Dark energies and forces
at three different places

As was said in less. 7, dark energies and forces lay within each cell and organ of your body: at the spiritual core, the energetic aura and the physical matter. They are 50% of the basic potential of your body, life and evolution. They wish – when the time is ripe – to move, express and shift themselves. They strive toward you, they rise and show themselves – and want to be received.

Dark energies and forces cross through your horizontal world. The Outer Dark, from which you constantly feel attacked and challenged, is full of dark energies and forces. And even the Outer Light, from which you feel constantly reassured and protected, is full of binding energies and forces. They too strive toward you, return to you and want to be received.

Dark energies and forces are also in your astral and ethereal rooms – in the rooms of your memory, which you formerly called karma, as well as in the rooms of your intentions. From there they are send to you, get placed into your hands.

Dark energies and forces are spiritual-energetic tools, means, substances and poisons, which you chose and deposited for your life-plan. The use of dark energies thus far served the descend, your experiences and maturity. Now during the turning of the time it serves you by the homeopathic principle with your delivery from the choking Astral Dark-Light. Your spiritual helpers from the light and dark rooms – we could also say: your siblings from your 1. Crystal Age and Lime Age – throw and send you dark energies and forces in order for you to bring them into the horizontal, into your physical world.

Dark energies and forces are a part of your soul inheritance and your spiritual abilities, an intelligence, which you can use for healing, balancing and regenerating – simply by receiving the Dark of the outer world inside of you and letting it dance with the Outer Dark of the world, which you willingly receive just like the dark of your organs and currents and that of the astral and ethereal dimensions.

The dark energies and forces of your organs want to be accepted and breathed, embraced and activated.

The dark energies and forces of the world want to be accepted and loved, embraced and breathed.

The dark energies and forces of the astral rooms want to be accepted and received, mastered and delivered.

The dark energies and forces of the ethereal rooms want to be received into the vertical flow of your hearts and send out into the horizontal world actively and willingly.

All of these dark energies and forces want to get and do get into the horizontal world, they will break through anyway as they are a part of the world. Yet it is a world of difference if they have surged through your crystallising heart before and therefore powerfully appear as clear and charismatic forces and radiant dark or as squashed, suppressed and finally still shot out grey energies, which are meanwhile so fermented that your controlling head and fearful belly can no longer hold them.

Practice 4

Write down whatever comes to mind with this issue concerning your own life. Note what rises within you and maybe might even come at you from the outside. Perceive your dark energies and forces and also the outer ones. Note them down and shape them into sentences, which respect and honour the dark. Ask these energies which light forces are hidden inside them and write them down. Be ready to allow these light cores of the dark energies to open. Realize where your mind and your emotions push against this. Allow it to be.

Allow several days for this issue. Finish each of these days with an evening meditation: “The divided land” (under Crystalline Raspberry Spirit > Crystal Mediations).

The crossover into Astral Dark-Light

Dark forces, which were not expressed for a long time turned gray. Forces became shadows. Radiant dark turned into grey veils. Unused Creative Dark and Light became Astral Dark-Light – just as unused Energetic Dark and Light, unused Inner Dark and Light and unused Outer Dark and Light. The main characteristic of the astral room is motionlessness, a total break without any consequence or reversal, rigidity without contour and standpoint. And it does not matter if Creative Light, Inner Dark or one of the other beings got into this motionless rigour. The outcome is always the same: HORROR. In the astral room LIGHT and DARK are so merged with another that they have become indistinguishable – in form, expression and effect identical.

This separation of the ONE BEING in DARK and LIGHT, this descend of the poles and their reunification in astral rigour – as well as all life-correlations, which emerged on this path are part of your play, part of your dream, part of your creation. As long as you are not able to comprehend them with your heart, accept and have compassion for them, you will be trapped within them and cannot let go or embrace these huge dual energies. Yet this has to happen if you want to be free – and ready for the next step of evolution.

These life-correlations have meanwhile formed an old life-matrix, an old truth, which has no meaning anymore since a few years. Many of you however still give it meaning, hold on to it and secure it with their believe pattern that dark forces are bad.

Basically all negative feelings and forces, all negative expressions and thoughts, all cruelty and lust for torment of others are healthy forces as long as they were a wanted and necessary part of your play, as long their zeitgeist ruled, which means: as long as even the stars, planets and cosmic elements were part of your cruel game. Negative and dark forces are good as long as it is their time and they can and must flow freely. And there are two times in your evolution in which they (must) flow freely in concentration: at the beginning when they emerge and at their end, as they change.

Rage, hatred, wrath and aggression are dark basic forces with a light core – bi-polar dark and with that healthy, as they turn into light in its expression. Free expression or eruption will in time blast away the dark shell from the light core and reveal it. No power can clear and refresh a magnetic atmosphere the same way as a heavy thunderstorm. It smashes the old mugginess and turns it into a new freshness by throwing an huge electrical charge into the gray magnetic field of your solidified energies, causing a great stir and unrestrainedly hurls it all about – without warning and hesitation. The dosage of the thunder strokes and lightning flashes is always in resonance with all concerned. This is one of your cosmic laws, which keep your game running, which protect and benefit you.

Your outer thunderstorm is an expression of your spiritual companions, guardians and leaders. Your inner thunderstorm is an expression of your own creative Light and Dark. It is healthy if it erupts not often yet not rarely either – just when it is necessary. These inner forces want to express themselves as they have a deep resonance to the outer participants. If you suppress and control these spiritual forces their inner and outer muggy energy remains, getting denser, darker and tighter – and finally turn into a sticky, rancid and stinking matter, into an inner malaria swamp. You have created such swamps during the last millennia within your families, within their spirit, their energy field and their bodies – out of love.

Sometime any thunderstorm is going to express itself and an uncomfortable situation arises anyway. This is part of a life lived. The question is what does the situation look like and which price do you have to pay for it? Either there is thunder and lightning with great noise, little damage to the land and a resulting clearing or you suppress the thunderstorm for a long time until it explodes in an uncontrolled moment, when you can no longer stop it and the pressure control valve of your bodily consciousness bursts. There may be less noise yet there is much more damage to the inner and outer land, which it caused in the meantime – there is no clearing only accusations and judgement.

You can turn even healthy light rather quickly into horror. How? Simple: You say something, which is now necessary and helpful for all concerned – NOT. You don’t say it, because you don’t dare, because you don’t feel worthy, because you fear rejection, because you don’t want to hurt the other, because, because, because. There is a universe full of reasons why you stay silent when you should speak up and love, why you stay silent when you should rail and rant.

Courage is light and rage is dark. Both are at your disposal in order for you to use them. Yet you hold onto them: onto rage for reasons of moral and onto the courage for reasons of fear. From the spiritual realms this looks like that: You hold the rage with your left hand and the courage in your right. You clutch them tightly, because they fidget a lot to get free, Therefore you don’t have your hands free for what comes at you – neither for love nor for battle. And as you are focused onto the holding on neither your soul (intuition) nor your mind (intelligence) are free. You grow blinkers and a blockhead.

Courage and rage will in time become glued to your hands and waft back into you to try once again to express themselves from there – as a cyst, boil or abscess maybe….? You can neither jail nor shake them off. There is nothing else you can do but totally accept them, totally express them and totally let them go. They will not accept something half way.

Does your furious yet fainthearted ego cop out of its contribution to the game, your spirit will store these two unused tools RAGE and COURAGE inside the guilt-atonement-cellar of your sub consciousness until – one day – they show up again as a physical symptom or uncontrollable emotional outburst. Both would be totally ok – the main ting is, IT gets out! Does your loving yet fainthearted ego maybe cop out of its contribution to the game than your spirit will store the two unused tools of COURAGE and LOVE inside the fear-aggression-catacombs of your sub consciousness until one day…..

The catacombs of the ages

Thus your loving, furious and fainthearted ego has built cellars, cells, dungeons and jails, dug tunnels, pits and funnels for millennia – deeper and deeper into the earth, ever more complex. Here your Creative and Energetic Light-Dark-forces can thicken and ferment, can become dull and tough and turn into an indefinable mass of unitary horror – into the sediment of the life water inside your cups.

Light was no longer bright, darkness no longer dark. Both turned into twilight and shadow, to dead life and living death. You have been dying and re-born within this field many times - have been many times very lonely, dependent and influenceable.

Thus your bi-polar, versatile negative forces became sick. They were pushed out of the free flow of life and had no access to the transformational current. They hung around in the lower rooms of consciousness and the horizontal levels of life, loitered like daytallers and bandits at the edge of dawn, wafted inside the grey zones of the others, family, friends and enemies; merged, unobserved with their wedged emotions and malicious thoughts – and turned into collective horror, in which finally friend could not be distinguished from enemy any longer, love not from fear and angels not from demons, life not from death.

Thus your healthy dark forces turned in time into astral energies. You tried to keep them jailed inside your dungeons, yet in many forms they always returned to you – in your dreams, sicknesses and outer motions, in stories, books and movies, in visions, groups and assumed gurus, in technical accidents and elemental catastrophes. They return as grey and black- magical energies to you. They are only energies and yet they are highly effective as long as you haven’t brought them into the vertical current of shift inside of your breathing heart.

Healing?

Always, we hear the question what you can do. By “doing” you probably mean heal or deliver, don’t you? You courageous and active healers and redeemers look around adventurously in order to seize the opportunity to get hold of the dark and horror of the world. Well, we are sorry but out there is nothing to be healed or to redeem. In a certain way the dark and the horror don’t even exist.

Let us first look at your personal and collective Astral Dark-Light (ADL and ALL) and perceive that you went through ages, which were for your current body-consciousness just as namelessly dark and painful as the pure light is namelessly bright and painful. During these times now you move between two superlatives: Your life sways between the undivided light-dark of the cosmos: ONE BEING – IT – and the undivided light-dark of the world: ASTRAL DARK-LIGHT – ALL.

Yet you can only reach it inside of your hearts.

Mass consciousness

The so-called mass consciousness was built from the Inner and Outer Dark and Light in a slow-down of the flow of life, in stopping the free expression. However, this is not the sum total of the consciousness of all humans, yet a collective feeling and thinking, which alien forms of consciousness moved into. Mass consciousness is a demonic collective, which has emerged out of your needs, rules and forms of safety, solidified those and turned them into enforcement and with this finally dominates and rules the masses of humankind. It is composed of thousands of darkened experiences and intelligences you made up and created during the course of time within your societal forms.

As all your societal establishments during the last ages were designed to establish, control and stabilize power over people, goods and knowledge a wide range of clerical, administrative and political demons could develop. Albeit the humans – the former rulers – died, their intentions, which were permeated by the demonic forms of consciousness and had become a part of society, did not. They couldn’t leave their place, onto which they were bound. And so they rule and serve you – just like the large divine worlds of consciousness in the light – until you no longer need them. At this issue we will look in less. 22 in more depth.

Astral Dark-Light is in some way a double room, in which both poles have one and the same effect. It is an untrue, illusionary secondary-life-room, harbouring and holding those energy forms, from which it was created. It is an important room, where you have been for many life times, a room of creatures and victims, of waiting and none-being, of an inability to act and with no perspective. It is a space-time-loop where life is dead and death is alive.

It is also called underworld or hell. You went there again and again: in any form of coma and powerlessness, in any refusal of life and death, at all stations of your life when you were too tired to take another step - or even to make a decision.

The Astral Dark is a subspace of the negative human feelings and thoughts like fear and pain, aggression and submission, hatred and malice, confusion and disorientation, which turned into an impermeable shadow world by none-being, none-action, none-flowing.

The Astral Light is the subspace of the positive human feelings and thoughts, like love and harmony, fidelity and hope, joy and devotion, which all turned into the opposite when the conditions, which are set, are not fulfilled. Thus emerged an impermeable twilight.

The experiences, you held on ot, curdled into the horror of the ages, which sits inside the cores of your cells, feelings and thoughts and doesn’t show itself. It is active anyway. Within these light-dark zones is constant change – however, not a redeeming one yet a veiling change of form and appearance. It doesn’t serve the clearing and advancement of life, yet confusion and degradation. It directs each stirring of your feeling and thinking as long as you feel and think outside of your heart.

Twilight and shadow-dark are without shape and contours, without core and inner flame, without exchange and communication. They are extraordinary supple and adaptable, changeable and fast – like free flowing water. Their intent however is not the free flow, yet the status quo of the blockage. Between ONE BEING in the light (IT) and the ONE BEING in the darkness (ALL) reigns a fascinating unity by total contrariness. And it is a great joy for us to juggle with the poles and to bring this home to you in clarity and simplicity. And not only that: Love yourself and honour your creation – this is what you should do! Then, we would have achieved what is close to our heart!

“We show you that the guardians are of a very different nature than the guarded: the father of horror is of a different nature than the horror on earth. The father of death is of a different nature than death on earth. The father of the One Light is of a different nature than the light on earth. It is up to you to experience and comprehend this deeply - by facing us.” (An Elaboration of the Three Fathers)

Veiling forces

There are potentials and resistance, energies and effective forces, root- and veiling forces. Potentials are spiritual possibilities of shaping and manifestation (CDL). Energies are spiritual potentials, which were put into certain structures thereby forming forces and counter forces (EDL). Root forces are dark forces, which will bear at the end of time a crown of light forces (IDL) and finally veiling forces are forces, which cause the opposite of what they seem to want (ADL).

Veiling forces are contorted and contorting energy forms, lying between your outer and inner life-rooms. They are grey energy forms, which hold you captive or secure – just as you choose – within the astral rooms. They pretend to be from your centre whilst you are actually inside the secondary life-rooms. They veil your sight from the meaning of things and make awareness, decision and change impossible. They lead you around the bush, have you just mark time or run around in circles. They mislead you and have you do detours. They let you see the untrue, blocking your life-current – and yet guard it at the same time.

Lets go back at this point to our New Story Of Creation and quote some text passages. We could say, go there and read them again. Yet we will better print them here again in order to avoid you being tempted into the belief that these veiling forces were imposed upon you by some alien consciousness, demons or extra terrestrials. Oh no, THIS was not necessary for you. You created them yourselves:

Excerpt from A NEW STORY OF CREATION – Beginning

Brain-split – the death of Spirit

And so you unleashed the dance in your head, a powerful cyclone, which once more allowed you to forget who and what you were. During this dance, you impacted a diagonal zero-frequency-cross into your brain. Yet this was not enough. Ballsy as you were, you exchanged the halves of your heads. Once before during the Lime Age you had applied this as you split yourself and exchanged the halves of your being with one another.

You tumbled out of this dance like drunken craftsmen. …Hicks…! Hooch….! THIS state of confusion you could not have dreamed up in your wildest dreams.

Quite obviously, you landed in different rooms, even though you were standing across each other. You could see the others, yet no longer understand them. What they said changed whilst it wafted across to you and you could not comprehend what they meant. You said something yourself and could feel the message disappearing between creases, sliding through fences and not reaching the others. The guessed what you meant. You guessed what they meant. Did you really understand? No idea! Distorting filters were placed between your words, bodies and hearts….

…Now you misled your consciousness into a NOTHING, a labyrinth, where confusion, disaccord and deception could reign. Now, your communication allowed for misunderstandings of careless and deliberate nature, regardless if you communicated with others or with yourself…

…Casually, you pre-formed attack tactics and defence strategies, which you would perfect later in your wars…

Gonad-split – the death of Sexus

Well, the question for love remained open. What is LOVE? It had settled during the room-split between the gonads in the belly. This center, too, got mixed up into this spinning dance that stroke a third cross within you and twisted your energies.

The crucifixion of the lower secondary creative center and the twisting of its energy-fields brought the last and deepest gash into your inner and outer life. On the inside, it affected your earthly creatorship and ability to love, your bodily health and immortality. On the outside, it affected your social and individual power structure, the balance between masculine and feminine forces, between power and powerlessness, love and violence.

On the side of loss lay physical truth, strength, innocence and purity, the physical wisdom and spiritual intelligence of the organs and the sending and receiving powers of essences, fluids and feeling-powers. On the side of assets, an immense reservoir for all emotional experiences opened, which were now to come. Because of this last split and crucifixion of your bodies, you opened a dance that has not stopped till today.

You created reservoirs where your deadened, torn feelings could sink into and rest until the time would be ripe for them to ascend. These dark reservoirs are ONE with the forest of horror and this dark ground, where poisonous scrubs with sweet fruit were to proliferate. Into this reservoir sank all your disheartened despondences, all your hatred for other people, for life and yourself.

Here, they came together, composting and fermenting with each other, rotting away. Your feeling-slivers became the primal swamps of your unconscious decisions, which you still take today. They became the primal caves of all your illnesses, from which you still suffer today. All multiple, manic and inflammatory syndromes came from here, indeed. Here, your NON-BEING could gather, germinate and grow and finally ascend – at the end of time.

You span these veiling forces within yourself and made from them your inner and outer nets: nets of communication, relationships, comparison, justice in order to establish yourselves, secure and stabilize yourselves. All you created you wanted to secure for eternity and never let it go again. Thus you led your veiling forces into those riches, order and security on earth, which were always followed by poverty, chaos and loss – into each life, which was always followed by death.

Your higher spirit didn’t want to let go of anything you experienced and obtained either. It too wishes to keep everything. Yet it can only do this if these things have been released before on earth, have been freed from the catacombs of the ages. Then, it can bring them into exaltation and into a new spin – into a new age, New Energy and a New Earth.

Lets look at some of these none-energies and none-forces, this none-living and none-being. There is hope, where hope does not lead anywhere any more. When you need to let go instead to hope, hope turns into veiling of the spiritual path.

Hopelessness turns into shadow-death, where you should hope, trust and fight for life.

Deceit is the twilight of glare, when you insist on something, which has no spiritual existence any more in your life. Thus you stand in front of disappointment, the very release of the soul from the clutches of the ego.

Mental-emotional conditions always exclude one of the poles or block the free flow of the spiritual forces. Your eternal if and but: up to here but no further!, either-or…, I only give if I get – are veiling forces, which ignore the spiritual riches of your integrity and exclude it from the bodily life.

Each spiritual impulse, each idea of the heart, each wish of the soul – each inner stirring must force itself through the censor of justification before it can show itself on the outside or even manifest. Each further heart-feeling is humiliated and darkened inside the tightness of the justifying mind – robbed of its light flame. Left is a twilight and shadow-dark longing, which will be pushed through under pressure when an opportunity arises (strategy) – or it will die down for a long time (bitterness).

Justification happens out of guilt, shame and a lack of self-dignity. These are also shadow forces if they are no longer needed. There were times when guilt, shame and a lack of self-dignity were inevitable – healthy negative forces, leading you into new rooms of experience. You began each human life with these veiling forces in your childhood. Then, they were not veiling forces. Yet now, as you are in the phase of your inner awakening and still cling on to them, they are.

Doubt is a force, which emerged from the nature of the TWO. At the beginning, the two stands for diversity, expansion and creation of new worlds, the doubt stands for a long time for the balance between their opposites. Step by step, from age to age, the consciousness closes off more and more and goes into the worlds of separation, diremption and despair. It turns into a veiling force when doubt dominates the mind and insistently stops the awakening of the heart. ONE HEART is awakening within you since 130 years. Who still doubts turns the unification with oneself into futile pain.

Irony and sarcasm are massive veiling forces, leading the other into the fog. You send out a message with words and a counter-message with your thoughts. You mean exactly the opposite of what you say and expect that the other recognizes it and align with the unspoken message. Thus breaks emerge in your aura, massively weakening the flow of life. Many children are still exposed to such black magic-motions.

Euphemism is a veiling form of description for negative or painful situations. You use it if you don’t want to face the nature of negativity or pain, not accept nor honor it. You then pull this power out of your process of changing, veil it and force it into a coma – you refuse it and yourself maturity. This form of speech is widely spread amongst spiritual people, who pray for the light to come and fear the dark and turn their backs in disgust of it. Well, both is within you.

Kakophemism is the opposite of euphemism – a worldwide spread veiling force, which expresses positive things in such a way that they appear negative. Most political discussions and speeches are carried out in this way, refusing the other honor and respect. Yet this veiling force also infuses the rest of your societal establishments.

You do it every day without being conscious of it, simply out of shame or lack of self-worth or out of self-doubt or feelings of guilt. With some minimizing words you spike all the positive things and spiritual beings, which deeply touch you, away from you like you would a tennis ball.

Taking the stance of a victim is a perpetrator force. When all humans and beings were both victim and perpetrator in their various lives, to take a victim-stance at the end of time is a huge veiling force, which has a similar effect as irony and sarcasm. It insistently suppresses your own creative powers, separating you from yourself: the inner perpetrator from the inner victim, the spiritual dark from the spiritual light – and with that pulls outer offenders to you, who confirm your inner reality.

You want to create a uniform world. You demand that all beings have the same rights, that all have the same comforts and opportunities for development - basically a well-meaning request. Demanding justice is a veiling force, which annihilates the uniqueness of each nation and human being. It imposes a development onto others, which is not helping them. It pursues a compulsion to compare and a deeply hidden bitterness that says: if one is not well then the others should suffer too. The ability to see the exceptional in the each single being is veiled just as the perception and honoring of your own exceptionality and uniqueness.

Spirituality can be a wonderful veiling force and many use it as such. “Holy fussing” is a tree without roots, keeping you in the astral rooms just as brutal realism – a life-tree without a crown. There are neither blossoms nor fruit on either one.

Modesty and devotion are wonderful forces of expansion if they are asked for. False modesty and emotional (brainless) devotion are sticky veiling forces. Blocking the flow of life: gray veils of self-defiance choking the inner light. Your own heart-force is exchanged against the heart-force of another and thus even in the presence of great and true masters dependence, emptiness and disorientation are maintained.

This is only a small assortment of the huge bandwidth of your creations, yet it will be enough. The principle should be clear. Breathe deeply and make the decision to deeply embrace, honor and let go of yourself and your creation – without if and but.

None of these shadow-deaths, twilights and veiling forces are bad, malicious, stupid or tragic, wrong or silly. They too are rooms of your deeply separated life in which you could have wonderful experiences. They too are to be loved, embraced and with that to be released with all your heart in compassion and gratitude.

Communication in the tree of life

With this lesson we complete the tree of life, which growth began in lesson 18. Contrary to your earthly trees, our life-tree grows from the crown down to the roots. Now, we can see the roots, stabilize them and push them deeply into the New Earth in order for them to crystallize: You say YES to your life and becoming. This is the precondition for your crystal-body-process, which will be discussed in lesson 21.

Lets take a look at the paths of communication in your life-tree. There is the cause and effect principle. Your linear guilt-atonement-syndrome is a derivation from the multidimensional cause and effect principle. Cause is not guilt and effect is not atonement, yet cause is cause and effect is effect! You could view this without any emotion and judgment.

The graphic shows ONE BEING (IT) as the cause of everything (ALL). IT created at the beginning of the first ages CD and CL. These are effects of its decisions. At the end of the first age the three of them created together the first library. They are the cause of this library and this is the effect of the Three.

At the beginning of the second age CD – formerly effect of IT –became itself the cause of ED. And CL – formerly effect of IT – became the cause of EL. And even the first library, itself effect of IT, CD and CL – now became the cause of ED and EL. The first children of IT turn with this into parents of ED and EL and grandparents of ID and IL. So far so good.

This sounds quite dry, boring and also confusing, doesn’t it? Lets look a little further, though. Something new is happening at the beginning of the third age: the first library and ED and EL create themselves ID and IL. They become cause for your Inner Light and Inner Dark.

And these are at the same time the second library – and the end of the spiritual creation. Light, dark and the library are all in one and the same room. With this, the circle of creation is complete. Merged Inner Light and Dark have built your bodies and placed the wisdom of the two ages inside them. ONE BEING has, after the splitting into two poles across two ages, become ONE again: A HUMAN!

At this point the evolution of the spirit into matter was already fulfilled. The project in its first degree was completed. Yet what should have happened if not what came after?

The end of the first project was the beginning of the next. So far, it had been quite decent, neat and innocent: someone decided something and from that came the others – without opposition or resistance. Then, the next ones decided something and created others still, without barriers, discussions and battles. The current of creation flowed into one direction: cause created effect. Effect became cause and created a new effect – and all was well. Yet it was also a little boring.

Your bodies had scarcely emerged at the end of the third age, freshly equipped with their own hearts, freshly severed from all others, you took it into your own hands. At the level of your heart in line with your outstretched arms lies a dimensional membrane between the spirit- and the body-room. Through it you precipitated into the earthly creation, forgot your spiritual creation-matrix, left the free flow behind you and set out to build a community – to create a WORLD.

To this day the spiritual dimension is separated from the physical by the diaphragm in your body. Below the diaphragm are the realms of illusion, the playing field of your creations, the chaos of your communications. Above the diaphragm spiritual reality reigns, the intention and causes of your creation as well as the order and the balance of your spiritual communication. In your lungs and hearts as well as in the thymus and pineal gland reign the levitating forces of spirit – the CAUSES of creation. In liver, gallbladder, kidneys, pancreas and stomach, in the colon, the small intestine and bladder reign the gravitating forces of the physical world – the EFFECTS of creation.

Lets move on in our life-tree and connect this with our issue of Outer Dark and Light. By telling other people what is good or bad, right or wrong, you are the cause and the others the effect. You tell them what to do and they start moving without opposition or resistance – just like above in the good old spiritual realm of the first two ages.

Yet far from it! The others don’t do at all what you have said. They cannot or don’t want to. They don’t see why they should or don’t understand you. They see it totally different from you or do it only differently to give you a wipe. You are the cause and you doubtlessly have an effect upon them. Yet you cause incomprehension, defiance, anger, rage or pain. Either they do exactly what you tell them – and it backfires. Or they do exactly the opposite of what you want and permanently throw the ball of creation back to you. They don’t accept you as the CAUSE of their life. They don’t even think about being the EFFECT of your ideas and influences, even if they find them good. Instead they become the cause of your anger, your rage, your fear, your bitterness and sadness.

This is what happens in the illusionary room of the physical: you take a creative decision for the other and he gives you his commentary, his opposition, his concerns and conditions, his suggestions for improvement or his threats with the lawyer. Little new emerges, only an evolution of what is already existing: the descending of the descend, the duplication of variety, the solidification of the solid, the darkening of the darkness, the consolidation of the bodies, the stabilizing of the structures.

The spiritual communication is vertical and single-tracked. This does not mean narrow-gauged, yet without return. It leads into one direction and doesn’t return. The ball is thrown and no one hits it back. It crosses the dimensional veils out of your sight.

During the spiritual ages ID for example could not give CD anything back because CD had disappeared as ID emerged. They never met. And CD and CL could never go back to IT and say: “Hey this and that we want to give back to you or have changed by you.” A hierarchy emerged and developed from above to below, from one dimension into the next. It created a stable structure with great simplicity and clarity from IT to IDL.

Then began a new structure, communication and hierarchy. A human has many humans – the others, on his side. Everybody was there where you were, none disappeared through the veil. Everyone wanted to co-create, join the conversation and be co-cause for the New. Thus the physical communication turned horizontal and double tracked. Its waves crashed onto the shores and rolled back into the ocean, back and forth. Causes turned into effects and effects into causes. Thus emerged variety, change and densification in discussions, arguments and slugfests between all participants – back and forth – for ages. And at the end causes were no longer distinguishable from effects and chaos and stagnation was one and the same. This is how the world emerged – not so boring, right? Fascinating!

Finally all communication has merged in the Astral Dark-Light and is stuck there. Countless forces of the outer world depress, threaten and don’t allow you to sleep anymore. They suck all the remaining life-energy from you, which you still call your own. Your postman delivers every day stamped cause-effect-evidence and you dreaded to open it. Of cause, you may ask how to get out of all this. We tell you right now: Nothing!

This is the root of your life-tree, which you recognize now, strengthen and push deeply into the New Earth in order for it to crystallize. You simply say YES to your life and becoming and allow that your crystal-body-process begins.

IT went to ALL and became ALL-IT (everything)

Let us summarize. Emerged out of IT, you wandered through the three ages: via free flowing independence and expansion of opposites within the spiritual CDL of the 1. Crystal Age into a structured room, which was reigned by action and reaction of the Lime Age (EDL). And finally you descended into dense matter and emotional dependency of the embodied Dust Age. Sometime on this path you invented horror – yet even this clung to, trapped dark-light remained a healthy tool of your creation and experience for a long time.

All potentials, forces and experiences on earth relate to the respective ruling spirit. Is the zeitgeist aligned with horror, it will support it, update it regularly and enliven until this evolutionary phase is over – and fulfilled.

Even the clinging on and trapping of energies, the retention of feelings and thoughts was healthy for a while, because you wanted to experience what would happen within and around you through it. You pushed the roots of your life-trees very deeply and created over and over new root-forces for new spiritual potentials. You created gray secondary life-rooms, which would turn into new light worlds later on.

The highest spiritual expression lies in the undifferentiated light of IT. There all poles reign without difference, without individuality. There neither order nor balance exist, as both are undividedly contained there. The lowest spiritual expression lies in the undifferentiated horror of ALL. Here too are all poles as well as order and balance no longer recognizable as single forces, yet enmeshed beyond recognition. You created and experienced ALL-IT (everything) and then – the zeitgeist shifted.

Look up
ALL stands for the Astral Dark-Light of all humans and all ages on earth – it is one with you. ALL is situated at the lower end of the axis of your life-tree – in the roots - whilst IT is at the upper end – in the crown. The axis of the life-tree is identical with your vertical transformational current, with your spine and your own backbone.

Assemble now IT – from the beginning – and ALL – from the end and turn them around. Look from the roots of your life-tree, where you are sitting now, up into the crown and feel how that immense inner power and wisdom flows into your gaze, rises within you and says:

“I AM ALL-IT (EVERYTHING)”
“ I am ONE with ALL that was, is and will be.”
Breathe deeply, high and wide.

is
The beginning of the ascend

The Astral Dark-Light constitutes the end point of time at which all potentials have become effective forces – and want to ascend. We get to the point of your collective digestion, which is admittedly already exceeded. You suffer already worldwide under bowel and constipation symptoms of all kinds, as you don’t want to let go of the old cake. Therefore you block your new life for which you long so much. The most important spiritual vitamins of your body are produced in the spiritual gut flora. Yet this is currently worldwide poisoned by the fermented remnants of the old cake.

The END OF TIME is a collective TIME-SHIFT. It is the end of the apocalypses and the time of the ultimate release of all gray forces and energies. Now hatred, rage, aggression, war and torture energies flow freely. They dissolve from your bodily and emotional under worlds, from your collective energy-field of mankind and earth.

At this point, we want to mention your media. Your earthly technique is closely connected to our spiritual physics, your earthly technicians with the spiritual will. Your media is able to broadcast the horror of your ages within a short period worldwide – and they do it. Why? Very simple: Once all this stuck horror comes to the surface by your broadcasts at least it becomes free. It flows and you can decide what to do now. The horror is made up of cosmic energies and cosmic forms of consciousness, which you have used and buried. Now they are rising and simply wish to return to their source – just like you.

This old horror rises and wants to dance with you, twist and shift into a new spinning; release itself from masks, veils and armor. It wants to get back into your hearts, where it emerged, and change. It can’t hurt you anymore. It does not threaten you any more. You only feel threatened when you cling on, resist and deny. The old horror doesn’t want anything from you. It just wants to pass through without if and but. You can let it flow freely through your heart, nothing can go wrong, can get out of control or move into the wrong direction, as the superior zeitgeist has provided the direction and matrix for change: magnetic energies of horrors can do nothing else but flow into the spirit-galactic light and change.

For this, we gave you the Heart-Crystal-Breath meditation. It is enough to change whole ages of horror – and to discover that within it ages of wisdom, maturity and might open – within yourself. You can breathe mankind. You are not too weak, you are not outnumbered. Seven billions of people on earth are not too many for 144.000 crystal-humans.

Stories about the horror and the crystalline age

Yet not only your news coverage aids you to the horror – and the horror to you. Your storytellers do nothing else since centuries as to bring you back the horror – in order for you to breathe it and let it dance inside your hearts!

J.R.R. Tolkien gave you with his works (The Silmarillion, The Hobbit, The Lord Of The Rings, The children of Hurin) an epic about your own past ages and this turn of time, a mirror image of your descend and shift, of your own body and its countless illnesses and symptoms, which rise at the end of time from the horror-filled depths of your feelings- and thought-worlds. The three ages of Middle Earth correspond to the three ages in our New Story Of Creation. The fourth age, for which the fellowship travels and fights, is our 2. Crystal Age. The people of the valar, elves, dwarfs, humans and hobbits correspond exactly to your own evolutionary development as well as to the organs of your bodies, which carry each detail from the depth of your rooms and times to this day.

We will talk about this in great detail later. In this lesson 20 we are interested in the Nazgul, Berserkers, Uruk-hai and orcs, the creatures of horror, Balrogs, trolls, wolves and spiders as well as the dead people in the swamps and mountains. All these beings and creatures are identical with the alive-dead beings of feelings of your own unconscious shadow-worlds. They will be discussed in the book “Lord Of The Rings – the spiritual history of human life” and it will be fascinating for you to view your own body, feelings and development from the point of Middle Earth – and to bear new stories out of yourselves.

Likewise you can bring the stories of Harry Potter and Eragon in relation to yourself. The storytellers are, as you know since less. 3 (The Threefold Time), the spiritual teachers in a none-spiritual world. They are also transmitters of higher truths into the deep levels of your life.

Change through love and death

Lets get back to the question for healing. The second star role in all these stories plays - next to the dark and light heroes - death. The embodiment of the undead life – the orc and Uruk- hai – is not changeable. Therefore the spiritualization of their none-alive bodies is not possible without an intermediate step. Death has always been an intermediate step, an intermediate solution as you saw in less. 17. DEATH is a being of concentrated light inside a cloak of concentrated dark. DEATH appears as well in the outer world as in your inner world, in the Energetic and Inner Dark of your own life and body. Its effect is as diversified and different in its expression as your life itself, because DEATH is from all beginning the first and last companion of your bodily life. (see less. 16).

DEATH is nowhere else than in the vertical transformational current of your life. This applies also when you choose to be the victim of a murderer. Because DEATH is the shifter of your life within yourself. DEATH-INSIDE-YOURSELF opens astral rooms, pulls up the undead feelings- and thought-forces from your own sub consciousness within the vertical current, kills them in the love-fire of your heart and changes them into a new consciousness, which can take new life-forms. Indeed, dear ones, in this room of Astral Dark, DEATH is the only HEALING. And now, your mind may start its discussion what is good about DEATH and bad about HEALING or vice versa. It will be an endless discussion until it recognizes that LOVE and DEATH are one and the same – a being of unconditional acceptance and change.

Change through unconditional acceptance

Look at the current stories in books and cinema, which stage the dark and horror of your ages anew. This happens in children’s stories just like in horror movies or thrillers. Observe yourselves and your children and grandchildren. How do you handle them? How do they handle them? These stories are homeopathic remedies, which pull up the deep horror of your ages as well as the great wisdom, maturity and power, which you buried alongside the horror. They bring back your memories. Therefore they are written in great numbers during this time and are very successful – in your inner and outer world.

They were written and staged in order for you to accept the horror, breath and change it into crystalline light – into New Energy. They were written to touch you, to blast away your though, intellectual crusts, which don’t allow you to cry any more since centuries. They were given to you so you become gentle, soft, compassionate, serene and open.

Your new children, who you would like to protect from these stories, don’t have a resonance to these horrid scenes (for example the pile of corpses of a whole village in “Eragon”) – and therefore no problem. YOU have a resonance, a cell memory onto these horrid scenes of your own lives – and therefore a problem with these stories. You reject them, don’t want to look at it and be touched - and so you remain on top of the pile of corpses of your own gray worlds.

Accept with great love what we tell you here in deep respect. Feel neither rebuked nor pushed. We know this is a very difficult, confusing and painful time and that great courage is needed to farm this field, to plough this field of death and to expose yourself to these energies for a while. Allow yourselves to be touched and guided by us. We are at the side of each single one of you, who decides to live by the will of their heart. Your hearts are spontaneous and wise, like your children. They know the moment and know exactly what the Here and Now is all about.

The old horror and your new children

The emergence of your New Children long before the end of your descend has its reason in the fact that their cosmic-crystalline heart-force can aid you to release and shift the huge Astral Dark-Light of the world at the end of your time. Your children simply look at it and are touched. They find it frightening and spine-chilling, maybe they cry for a bit. They feel temporary disgust and consistent compassion for victims and perpetrators. They give themselves totally into these scenes. They totally live in them and for this reason they come back out of them whole – strengthened and experienced.

They don’t cling on to such scenes, unless they have been taught to cling. They feel deep sympathy, are a part of the story and its change. Many of your new children are pure light beings, who don’t have dark or horror inside their cells, because they haven’t witnessed your evolution, yet only come now at the end of time for the first time to earth. More than all the others they are able to pull the dark and the horror into the light, because this is exactly what they came for.

They breathe the old pain into their current of shift, cry the clung-onto-horror into a free flow and dance with it into crystalline light. They fidget sticky energies into an ascending motion and roar silenced sorrow into a lively chaos. They play, dream and laugh astral energies into the light. Your children are scared of horror, just like you. Yet their innocence lets go, whilst your moral ideas of guilt and atonement cling on. Your children accept it and let it go. You don’t accept it and don’t let go. This is a fine but definite difference in human feeling and deciding, which is of great consequence. Whilst the heart-force of many adults is great and inactive, the heart-force of your children is huge and active. Don’t underestimate the effect.

The tree of life
and the libraries of your ages

The tree of life emerged on your path through the ages of separation, of dance and descend. It is a path out of your old oneness into a new oneness, even if this oneness is at its bottom initially a gray one. You danced always alternating from the inside to the outside and from the outside to the inside. You dissolved from your spiritual center, danced into the world of the TWO and opened a new age. Then you finished the age of the TWO and danced back into the spiritual center of the ONE to gather the experiences of the ages. Thus the TWO – the rooms of light and dark - descended together with the ONE – the libraries of the ages.

The tree of life encompasses both – the outer rooms and times of your evolution with the inner libraries of the ages and the body- and aura-realms of your right (masculine, dark, descending) and left (feminine, light, ascending) body half as well as your glands and charkas. And of course, you can find all information’s and energies, experiences and aspects of maturity of your ages in the correlating zones and glands of your body.

The rooms and libraries inside the body

CDL and crystal library

The Creative Dark and Light of the 1. Crystal Age sits above the shoulders at the height of your atlas vertebra. They are the upper boundary stones of the world of your physical life, the torso. The crystal library is in your thymus gland, the heart of your evolutionary childhood. Viewed from the end of time however, it is the parenthood of mankind. And exactly this will happen during the opening of the libraries of the ages: you retrieve your maturity and become the parents of your successors.

Place your hand onto the thymus gland and know that you touch the library of the crystalline age – and gently open it. Then you can ask questions and get answers: “What happened at the times when you wandered the worlds as spiritual beings?” In your thymus gland sit the answers, pictures and infos. Via the thymus gland you can travel into your 1. Crystal age.

EDL and the Lime library

The Energetic Dark and Light of the Lime Age forms the boundary stones of your physical life at both outer sides of your body at the level of the heart. Your heart still has the two primary chambers of the Lime Age and flows the Energetic Dark and Light in thousands of liters per day through the male and female spheres of your body, your feelings and thoughts – in narrow pathways and rooms constantly back and forth. Here hides the secret of the materialization of spirit.

The library of the Lime Age sits in your Solar Plexus-Chakra and inside the adrenal glands (balance of poles in life) as well as in the pancreas (balance of the poles in death).

The specialty of this library is that it is at the same time the room of the Inner Light and Dark. These two form your cells, organs, hearts and bodies, as you read in less. 7. Therefore these poles don’t lie outside of yourselves yet inside of your axis, between the barycenter of your body (navel) and the center of your soul (heart).

Your Solar Plexus Chakra is therefore a multidimensional being, where the spirit of oneness reigns just as much as the being of duality and body. If you place your hand at this place of your body, you will hear how your bodies came about – how you flow into a body and leave it again without them dying.

ODL and the dust library

The Outer Dark and Light of the Dust Age sits at the outer sides of your body at the level of your navel and hips. Here lies right and left from you the dark and light of all humans, who you cannot reach yet, never mind how you squirm and writhe - and which, though age-long changes in direction, brought your hip joints onto the outer limits of flexibility. ODL are the lower boundary stones of your physical life.

At the level of your root chakra and in the gonads lies the library of the Dust Age. Here you are – literally – at the end. Well, many of you have a very special way to express it when they have reached the end, are tired and exhausted without any idea how IT can go on. They say: “I’m at my wits end”, you surely heard it before. With all compassion in such situations, with all joy about the diversity of your language in the light as well as in the dark, we can only affirm you what you already sense during this read:

AT THE END LIES THE WEALTH
FOR WHICH IT SET FORTH AT THE BGINNING.

Place your hands upon your abdomen; allow a gentle opening of your Dust-Age-library, journey inside it into the room of wisdom, into the treasure chambers of illimitable wealth of your embodied age as well as the spiritual matrix of complete wholeness of your physical bodies, the healing of illness.

The crystal library is infinitely large – yet the smallest of the three. The lime library is much larger, as it hold the additional experiences of the Lime Age. The dust library is the largest. It holds infinite experiences, which emerged through separation and tension, splitting and unification, twisting and spinning dance. Here don’t only lay the experiences of the Dust Age, yet also those of the Lime and Crystal Age.

It is possible to experience in your dust library what happened at the crystal age. Yet here, these spiritual information’s are more difficult to read, as they changed and multiplied through the creations of the following ages.

Inside your spinal column lies the Inner Path. It as-and descends. It holds the beginning and the end as well as all libraries. You entered and left life via your DNA. At each point of birth and death, you crossed through the libraries of your ages and left your newest experiences behind. You never went on a way, never did anything, yet you always moved from your inner into the outer and then withdrew into your heart – into your axis, your dance and spinal column. Here lies your path through rooms and times.

There never was an outside, only an outer playing-field, which you created within yourselves to experience yourself in separation and create a new universe within it. And create, you did.

Meditation to open the libraries of the ages

I close my eyes. Deeply breathing, I release all tension from my body. I release what formed my life, allow myself to gently let go and be carried. I open my heart wide and feel a deep peace. My inner glance perceives my body as a transcendental field – and within it the light and dark rooms of the ages.

I reach inside my head, ready to feel IT in my center – the ONE BEING of the beginning. I allow IT to awaken and to spin inside my head, to dance and expand – gently to become part of my human life.

I release all experiences and demands of my old body-consciousness and breathe deeply, surrender to the lifting of all veils, locks and seals, the release of all vows and oaths, all patterns and matrix. I allow my body to integrate the new. In the presence of my heart, IT begins to awaken within me.

Gently I move on to my shoulder caps, into the inner space-time of my 1. Crystal Age. On my left side I can feel the Creative Light and on the right the Creative Dark, the feminine and masculine primary being, the Being and None-Being, the descend and the ascend of life. I allow these two to awaken and here and now to open in the infinite range of my creation, to dance and to flow into my life – to reveal their love, wisdom and power. By my decision it happens.

Then I let go and return from the first duality of my outer life path into Oneness. In my axis I bring together the spiritual light and dark at the crystal library, which I dancing and twisting create and reach – at the heart of my childhood, inside the thymus gland of my body. I am Now Here. I Am one in the center of my life, my body and my space-times. I am spirit and body. At the crystal library I collect all experiences of my first split age and prepare for the second.

Finally, I dance into the upper arms of my body into the rooms of primal electricity and magnetism. Here and now, I’m at the Lime Age of my descend. Light and dark are denser here, more solid and less radiant, seemingly separate from another and yet much stronger bound to each other. They open up a new life-field for me, in which I can create and experience things, not possible before.

One dimension away from spirit and closer to matter, I prepare for my bodily life by first creating death, this pure electric being, which will release me from the magnetic body-life whenever it is time.

I allow all primal energies, which awaken within my inner rooms, to open, to clear and to dance with one another. I allow them to gently become an active part of my human life and dance from the second duality of my path back into oneness. Electro-magnetic dark and light flow spinning and swirling into the library of the Lima Age, which I created inside my axis – in the roots of my childhood, in the navel of my body.

I AM NOW HERE. I am one in the center of my life, my body and my space-times. I am spirit and body. I collect all experiences of my second age inside the library of the Lime Age and prepare for the third. This will be the age of my bodies and all pain, which I wish to bind onto them. Careful with love and wisdom, I built my heart from light and dark and created a space-time within it, into which I could go without remorse.

I wander into the hips of my current body, where I find the room of the Outer Light on the left and the room of the Outer Dark on the right – in the Dust Age of my descend. Light and dark are far away from me and I don’t seem to be a part of them. Here lives the world – all humans except me.

For one age, I was searching for them on the outside, found and lost them again. For one age, I lived and fought with them on the outside – and yet I never touched them, only struck myself. When I inflicted pain upon them, I only hurt myself. When I killed them, I died. When I pleased them, I flourished. When I loved them, I was one with myself.

It is the mystery of my descend to experience my oneness within the separation from them. And I have experienced, suffered and lived: I didn’t meet them in the outer rooms, yet only myself. It has become dark around me – gray, shady and no longer true.

Gently I return into my center and bring the dark and light rooms together within me, however shady and dull they may be. Swirling I dance into the library of my Dust Age, which lies at the root of my body. Yes! I Am Now Here!

I am one in the center of my life, my body and my space-times. I am spirit and body. I collect all experiences from my third age inside this library and prepare for the end of the descend – the reversal and change.

Filled with love and gratitude I now allow all illusionary realities, which open within the innermost room of my humanity, to clear and gently begin to flow. I allow for the illusion of guilt, atonement and pain to leave my life. You may dance, spin and swirl and crystallize yourselves into the New Energy of the New Earth of a New Age.

With my inner sight I see my body inside a transcending and radiating corona – the golden thread of life with the libraries of the ages – the spiritual network of my paths. In the presence of my heart I activate here and now my creative will and decide for the opening, mergence and lightening of all body-libraries:

I release myself from all causes and effects of my life.

I merge all forces and counter-forces of duality.

I Am secure within the current of the cosmic order and the balance of earth.

I re-erect my life axis.

Dancing, I merge with my divine self and planet earth -
with the essence of all worlds.
